    Population of Namibia
    Namibia is mostly desert along the west and south coasts. Therefore, Namibia is desert along the coast and southern border. It is "tropical wet ands dry" in a small portion of the north-east corner, and steppe in the portion between the tropical and desert areas, as seen in the map. Consequently, the most populated area of Namibia is the tropical region.
