Religion of the Bushmen:

N!adima is the name of their creator. He made the seasons and has the power to give or withhold rains from areas. He does not communicate with the Bushmen, but he knows and can grant their wishes. The Bushmen do not know prayer or worship. They also believe in a god named G//amama who lives both everywhere and nowhere at the same time. He travels through the stars and in whirlwinds across land. G//amama is evil and throws invisible arrows at the Bushmen women, and the poison of these arrows can then spread to the men and children of the tribe. The Bushmen combat G//amama’s evil by performing medicine dances during autumn. N!adima represents good, and G//amama represents evil.
