Does all music sound the same? Not nessisarily, only music i similar genres, and for that matter, bands in general. No, it's not because most bands are terrible song writers(which many in fact are), its because you have to sound the same in order to be placed in that specific genre. You have to play similar music to be a respected and long lasting artist. I'm not saying its bad when artists experiment with other sounds, but most often it is the original sound that gives them due respect. So don't give the excuse "it all souunds the same" as a reason you don't like a band, its just not right.
Well, today was shopping day. Which simply means that I am that much closer to college. I got my mom to get me some badd ass shit, mainly my spiderman pillow case. I can only imagine what college will be like. I imagine i will have very few friends. The reason is that I can't make friends, but thats not the problem. My hope is to get in to the underground music scence, discover some lesser known music. New experinces are all I'm looking forward to. Who knows, there may actually be women there who would give a shit about a person like me. I make myself crack up. I still reall want to go to warped tour, stupid family gathering.
Numbness is the only way to express how i feel right now. You could say i am at a crossroad in my life. So many decisions to make. Piercings ar no piercings? Tatoo or no tatoo? Study or not study. Will I miss my family? Will i miss my friends? Only time can tell. Sounds like another thing to piss me off. Fuck.
