The school serves a diverse population, with many exemplary programs that include
a hands-on Science Discovery Room, classroom computers networked to the library
media center for research, and a unique Early School Preparedness Program (ESP)
designed by the teachers. Community involvement with Lamplighters and Early
Bird Readers is an important part of the school. As part of Service Learning,
Liberty
Buddies play an integral role in building positive self-awareness in students
to have a shared responsibility in learning. A flexible ever-changing curriculum
encourages all students to reach their fullest potential.

Volunteer Opportunities
Numerous opportunities exist for parents to volunteer at Liberty
Elementary. These reading programs are in need of volunteers: Lamplighters,

"Wee Deliver" Mail System
Fourth grade postal workers officially run the "Wee Deliver" Mail
System. Mailboxes are centrally located throughout the school. Please write
your child a letter as a special surprise! Please direct any questions to Lois
