Crumbs, not much to say here.
Morbid Fun Location: Keith and Garmouth. Era: October 2002 to present day. Practises? Gigs? So far, 2 or 3, and 0. I was tempted to enter us into the Xmas Battle of the Bands as a surprise to Kyle (you can imagine it: "hey kyle, we're on second at the B.O.T.B! CRACK! Ow, my jaw!") but seeing that it was a talent contest, I didn't bother. Influences: My personal influences, and Korn, Nirvana and, I suppose, Napalm Death, Black Sabbath, Satyricon, Megadeth and Slayer! Oh, I'm told to continue cuz my life is at stake. Damn Kyle Shepherd...OW! I mean, er, worship King Kyle! 'Champion kickboxer Kyle Shepherd and champion, er, ten-pin bowler Bry Leech combine considerable vocal harshness and, er, girth to create death metal played on shitty Casio, Washburn and acoustic instruments!' How's that for a blurb? Shit, you say? Ah well. 'Morbid Fun is a mixture of fantasies and nightmares from Kyle Shepherd, who lives in a council house in Keith and has a talent for guitar playing as well as kickboxing and calling himself Just Bizarre! Add to this venomous potion local punk/ poet/ writer/ columnist/ activist/ depressive/ lyricist/ diarist Bry Leech and you have a band that stink of blood and vomit. Add to that the occasional spasm attacks on drums from Laura Morris and you have a pissed-off over-bored grunge/ death metal/ thrash monster that surely can not stay hidden in the glens, bens and wasteland of North East Scotland for much longer!!?!?' How is that? Well, I'll add more to this page when Kyle tells me what to put, but first he'll have to speak to me instead of ignoring both Laura and his responsibilities as MF founder and main man. E-mail Kyle at justbizarre@hotmail.com for more, or any, info. Cheers.
