Creature in Texas
Hello again, this will be my first entry since I moved my homepage to geocities. So, me, and my two buds, whose names don't want to be reveiled, so lets call them, Flex and Shnabubabla. We were driving to Texas, to visit an old pal of ours, actually it was his wedding. And somewhere in nowhere on a country side Texas road the car breaks down. Well, ain't that typical, car stops at the middle of nowhere. Why do weird things happen to me at the most inconvienient times, sheesh. Now back with the story, we couldn't fix the piece of shi%, so we had to call for a tow truck, and they're goddamn late. All of the sudden we hear a low grumbling growl along the high grassland. Then the grass started to move, at first I thought it was the wind mving the grass, but what explains the growl, a dog, was a dog in the grass. The growling didn't sounded like a dog. It didn't sound like any animal I've heard of. Flex decides to check it out himself, so he grabs the flashlight I have from the glove compartment, and walks over to the grass. I started to go get my video cam, when I hear Flex scream, Shnabubala and I rushed over to see what happened. In a spilt second when we got there, Flex comes flying towards us and knocks us down. Something in the grass had flung Flex at his, and with great force, my back was pretty bruised up. Then we all saw a two glowing eyes, white glowing eyes. Then the growling cam closer and closer, and the eyes came closer, then a blinding light came straight at us......................................................................................................................it was the tow truck, it had came finally, we turned our heads to see the truck for a mere micro seconds and when we turned back that creature was gone. Perhaps the lights from the truck scared it away. Well we got on the tow truck enjoyed the wedding the next day. What was that thing in the grass, a tiger lion, or some kind of creature lurking in the grasslands, waitng to pounce on its unsuspecting prey...............
