VIEWING EXPIERIENCE:     The Others had peaked my interest since I first saw the previews. So Kelly, Krista and I decided to check it out on a balmy Floridian night. I expected it to be good and I wasn’t disappointed. It had suspense, mystery, and drama. Sadly for me though I knew the ending way before it happen. Because number one I expected it to be the unusual and number two I read a book that was just like it. Nonetheless I think the story was excellent. I love stories of the paranormal. They give me the willies. The good kind that is. I think just the whole thing was laid out well and the acting was superb. Nicole Kidman plays the mother of the household and she does a wonderful job. In the story she is stuffy and prim and I have a feeling she’s acting from experience. This story will make you tense and I was actually sent flying out of my seat into the fetal position on the floor at one point. I think the title “Scary Movie” (the type of movie not the actual one) is inaccurate. Because to be scared is to be frightened for your well being and that is just not possible in a movie. Actually those kinds of movies are just suspenseful. It’s when you are empathetic to the characters and their plight
