Who is Empire Towers? That is a question that has been asked many time. I am not sure that question will ever be answered fully. Since the organization structure is not known, I will list the names of people who have been linked to Empire Towers and demonstrate the link. Those that I cannot directly link will be listed in the Client/Partners? section.
Those names are Fred Lusky, Thomas Carlton-Cowles, Andy Pope, and Rodona Garst.
Thomas Carlton-Cowles is the first name to be assiociated with Empire Towers. His domains Innovest.net and Galaxygateway.com used to share the same site as empiretowers.net. Galaxygateway.com is now registered directly to E.T. Corp. Innovest.net is no longer a registered domain. Copies of the original registrations below.

Fred Lusky is the name used for leasing netblocks. His name can be found in the records for AMZ Internet Specialities and on a new block leased to a company using the FWDEEE Inc which uses the same address for contact as AMZ. It should also be noted that the e-mail address of jetsonville.com is registered to E.T. Corp

Andy Pope and Rodona Garst, these names will probably come as somewhat of a surprise, even to most people who try to keep track of ET. The source for this connection came from an exposé on Premier Services, titled Behind Enemy Lines published under the name Man In The Wilderness at

In the ICQ chat logs, the conversations between Rodona and Andy (there are four of them) and between Rodona and Fred, yield some interesting speculations and some solid connections.
In the various conversations between Rodona and Andy, there is enough information to confirm that Andy is Andy Pope. His full name is used a few times, and he requests e-mail to be sent to his domain of hpclv.com. Most interesting are the discussions between Andy and Rodona, where Andy provides Rodona with the names of various domains to mail from and to have replies sent. These domains are:

also the currently used domain in the Poplaunch Spams. This conversation takes
places five months before com-rules.com was openly used.

Other references in the ICQ chat logs show that Fred lives in or around Detroit and travels to Florida on business. The conversation between Andy and Rodona discussing ET domains, a URL from Fred for the mailing, and Fred's residence in the Detroit area, where Fred Lusky lives, makes for a big coincidence.

Well, looks like Rodona, Fred and Andy are partners in some kind of new website and mailing system. Fred is handling the technical aspects, Andy is handling the finances and Rodona is asking if she needs to contribute more money to the project. I wonder what that project is? Interesting, I could speculate, and I have, but this is not the place to post that speculation. I will say that the information in the logs, clearly shows that Andy and Rodona had knowledge of and access to Empire Towers Domains. You decide the rest.
If you are interested in verifying the information, or checking the logs, I recommend using the find command from the browser and searching for ".com" , ".net" , and "Fred", and then read the area around the search results.
