BT and Tsunami One - Hip Hop Phenomenon

This could be my favorite BT track right now. It's such an intense number. I'm forever in awe of BT and Tsunami One for this track. It doesn't need much explanation or special praise from me, because the underground scene has embrased it. Most derisive opinions on this song come from those who prefer BT's trance work. But this is far more interesting, and in it's own way, far more beautiful. If BT fans still want the man to make trance and just trance, they're probably not going to follow him through if he goes this route. Considering the obvious ammount of work and inspiration that went into this song, I'd say BT is really excited by it. I hope to hear him go in experimental directions like this, because when he does, he manages to tear down everyone's expectations, while making a solidly dancable number that plays more like a rock song than a nu skool trance/breaks song. I think , though, that his fans are supportive of the song, and they'll follow him in whatever direction he takes them, because he's such an intriguing, addictive musician. For those who still don't care much for this track, I recommend sitting down and actually listening to it. It has elements upon elements upon elements, just like most of BT's work, but then it builds to a climax which creates sounds and rhythms unheard before. And it fucking rocks, too.
