Daniel
You are my vampire
My orginal sin
When Jesus died, why not take you in?
You are my temptation, my fall from sin
I bleed for a glimpse of your face
Coward
Death comes to everyone
And dreams fall through
All I ever wanted
Was to be loved by you
Demons in my head
Hiding in the dark
Tried to kill them with Cupids arrow
But I missed the mark
Drowning in misery
And only you can swim
Crying for your mercy -
Your face stays so grim
My open wounds infected
And I still bleed
My mind corrupted
By your poison seed
Your silence sharper
Than your tongue
Yet your dark praise
I have sung
You were my darkness
And my blinding light
You drain me mercilessly
But I can't fight
Smeared lipstick
Holes in the wall
Phones off the hook
You can't call
So you can pretend
It's not ripped at the seams
I cut my wrists
On my broken dreams
