Wanton Regrets
It stops my breath
With shocking inappropriteness
You claim to be discreate
But you're plain as day
The anger on your sleeve
Leaves a stain
Sanitize it
Time and again
It'll always be there
Seeping into the fabric
Of our souls
You complain about
The various
Holes and tears
When mine have disinergrated
At the seams
Naked and cold
Vulnerable to your punishment
The scars are never enough
I can't hide my skin
From you
How long
Will the lacerations
Go unnoticed
Before you stich
The gaps?
The holes
In your false smiles
Are too much for me to bear
I'm on the verge of breaking
I wanted it
But when the noose tightened
I lost my nerve
But my screams
Were drowned out by my tears
The silence between us
Is unberable
Tell me what to do
