The SacThe Sac is a hardcore, more painful chairing event. In this event, you want a large, tall chair. NOT a folder. Something like a bar chair works good. Wood is preffered. The rig is set up and the chairer simply stands a few feet away, and then "sacs" the chair; that is to say, tackles it to the ground. This means serious abuse on the shoulders and knees, and if you are Joe and always land the wrong way, on your face. Dig it.
