"I didn't know you had a horn, too." Jean Grey said to me.
"Nor did I." I replied.
"Okay, do you know what type of metal it is?"
"No, do you?"
"Not yet. I'm going to have to take some tests to find out. Is that okay?"
"Sure."
"When is the last time you had an X-ray?"
"I never had one."
"Okay, just lie back and try to relax." I did as she told me.
The first test that was done was a X-ray. I was slided into a small chamber, it was white all inside. There were some flashes, about three, then I was pulled back out. Then she put me back in because I had moved.
"Alright, the next test will hurt for a second. I'll have to draw some blood. Whens the last time you had some blood drawn from you?" She asked.
"Never. I've never been to a doctor. Other then you that is."
"Really? Never? That's odd... Why not?"
"I've never been sick. So, I've never had to go to the doctor."
"Never?"
"Well, I remember that just before I ran away, I went to the doctors twice."
"What for?"
"Once I broke my arm. But when I got to the hospital, it was fine. The other was I got into a fight and got cut up really bad. But again, I was fine. I just had little cuts. They went away the next day though."
"That's immposible!"
"Can't be, it happened to me."
"There are only two others that can do that. One is Logan..."
I interupted, "Wolverine?"
"Yes. The other is named Sabertooth. I belive you met him too?"
"Don't remind me."
"So, if that's a power, then you have..."
"Three?"
"No, two. The horn isn't a power. To my knowledge at least."
"But wouldn't that make me, like, a uper-mutant though?"
"I would guess so. What! Didn't you say that you were adopted?"
"Yeah, why?"
"Canada, right?"
"Yeah. What's your point?"
"Hold on..." She ran out of the room. I heard her feet stomp all the way to the elevator. "Hurry! Hurry!" She said. There was a ding, followed by a *swoosh*. Two seconds later, there was another
*swoosh*.

"What's all the comotion about, Jean?" I heard a gruff voice say.
"I need you to talk to Jason." She replied.
"Why, there somthing wrong?"
"No. You two hvae something in common I believe." She said as they walked into the room together.
Wolverine looked me up, "What so we two have in common, eh?"
"That!"
"What?"
"You're both Canadian!"
"He's Canadian? He looks Mexican."
"That's only his ethicity. He was born in Canada though."
"So, that's all we have in common, right?"
"No! He's sixteen!"
"Yeah, so."
"You only have memorys of fifteen years ago and so on."
"And?"
"He's adopted!"
"I still don't get it..."
"I was adopted when I was one. That's only fifteen years that I had a life."
"So? What does that mean."
"He was abandoned two miles from the military compound that you were at, at a pub!" Jean said.
"Go on."
"The same night that you had your first memory!!" Jean said very annoyed that he didn't understand yet.
"What are you saying!?"
"Don't you get it? Fifteen and fifteen? The military compound? The pup where you had your first memory?"
"Are you saying that we're related?"
"Maybe. You, him, and Sabertooth all have a common link."
"Which is?"
"The healing factor! And you all have some sort of animal related ability."
"He looks more like a devil then a animal."
"I think I look like a rhino, if you ask me." I interupted.
"Would you mind if I did a blood test on both of you?" Jean asked.
"I'm okay with it." I said.
"Fine with me if it's fine with him." Wolverine said.
"Alright. let me get my things." Jean said as she walked out of the room. I sat there slightly uncomfortable. She walked back in with a tray of needles and other paraphenalia. wolverine twinged a little. I just sat there looking at the needles.
"I see that you have another thing in common. You both don't like needles." She said laughingly.
"I don't hate needles!" We both yelled in unision.
"There's number four! Okay, this will only hurt a second." First she pulled some blood from Wolverine. He closed his eyes for a second. When he opened them, he saw me laughing at him.
"You're turn!" Jean said in a sing-song voice. She preped me with anithsetic alchol, then stuck he needle in. I felt a strain as she pulled the blood out.
"Ow." I said. Wolveine started to snicker at me.
"Okay, now let me just test these, then we'll see them together. Okay?"
"Alright." Said Wolverine.
"Alright." I said.

When the tests were done, Jean walked out of the lab holding a manela envelope.
"Okay, you ready?" She said in a hopeful voice.
"Only if you are?" Said Wolverine.
She opened the envolope, and pulled out a piece of paper. The paper was folded up, but it was soon unfolded.
"Okay... And the results are... Negative? 74.2 percent nagative? That's not much, but it's that much." Jean said.
"What were you testing for anyways? You just said, 'would you mind if I did a blood test?' That's all." I said.
"Oh really? I was testing to see if you two were related, but not by much."
"But there is a possibillity? Right?" Wolverine asked.
"Yes. Only about a quarter percent possible."
Wolveine said, "Well, if we were from the base, and they implanted adamantium into me. Do you think they could have done things with DNA? Like, maybe..." He paused for a second, "What's the name of that? Oh! DNA splicing."
"Well, it wasn't perfected yet back then." Jean replied.
"At least in America."
"No, everywhere."
"What if they perfected it, but it was top secret? Then maybe. The entire base was top secret."
"Well, that is possible."
"I'm positive."
"Well, let me do some more tests."
"Maybe you should test his DNA with all the other DNA's you have to see if there are any links between them."
"Well, it would take a couple of days, but if you think so..."
"Do it." I said.
