"I know these two must share a common lineage... if I only could link them by... Yes! Here it is...Right under my monstrous nose..."

The sound of a gentle rainfall beating against the roof of the building is matched only by the elation of the scholar as he discovers another connection to the bloodlines that he has been so painstakingly working on. His partner in this endeavor opens the window to let in the cool, fresh air and absently comments that while his nose may be large, it is by no means monstrous.

Glaring at her from beneath the wire-rimmed glasses perched on said nose, Arwyn Lathen made the last figure beside a name he had been searching for for nearly a month. The name belonged to a unicorn.

Salina Tabritha grinned from ear to ear, pleased that her fellow had discovered a historical link in the heritage of one of the Academy Unicorns in Pallahade.

Located at the Royal Institute, the scholars had made it their life's work to trace the bloodlines of all the unicorns known to exist- both past and present- Wildborn and Academy Born. They had carefully documented the talents and powers, the coloring and markings, the known family ties and had
thoroughly  researched rumors, tales and inspirations. These were all transcribed and categorized until they were confident that the unicorns could be entered into the Stud Books and placed in their family trees.

This was the Legacy of Uen's Unicorns.
