Lt. Javin (Wyn)

Lieutenant Lee Javin is a Wyn of the Trelayn Class of 94 ADT.  He was born on 53 SR in 73 ADT in Chihalla.  His father was an eccentric poet who spent more time at the taverns reciting than he did at home and his mother was a quiet homebody who was, if not happy, then content.  Lee's father, Samuel, also was deeply interested in learning, and would bring both his artistic and scholarly friends together for wild parties. Javin was exposed early to both learning and art, and took his personality from both.  Growing up he was always on the cutting edge of fashions, usually leading the way among his peers, but he spent much of his free time at the side of many of his father's most thoughtful friends.  Fairly uninterested in girls, Javin had several flings as a young man but never anything serious.  He joined the Royal Institute just before his sixteenth birthday in the hopes of becoming a great scholar, but was transferred to the Academy when he showed wynish.

His time at the Academy turned him into a bookworm, though he never lost his sense of style.  Even his student uniforms looked slightly different.  Not enough to get in trouble for, but enough to set him apart.  He made several friends, most of them fellow Wyn, at the Academy, but was never very popular. He focused his studies towards demons and nether magic and was able to hone his magic-sensing to pinpoint different types of magic and the elder Wyn took him under their wings.

After graduation, Javin served the Training Circuit and then was given a bland circuit route in Pallahade, giving him a chance to be near to the library and the Academy for further training.  After a year of circuit duty they started sending Javin on more and more detailed missions, especially as his ability to sense Nether-magic increased.  Eventually he became a sort of Nether Detective, and he has traveled to all corners of Uen and seen almost everything.  The one thing he hasn't seen yet is actual, solid evidence of demons.

In 110, Javin is a well-traveled, intelligent, very powerful Wyn.  He has a vast knowledge of demons and Nethermagic and has been working alone for many, many years.  He still has an impeccable sense of style, and somehow, even across the country, manages to remain on top of what's the latest.  He has brown hair, cut short; intense, intelligent brown eyes; and a thin, angular, plain face.  He wears an earring in his left ear, usually a gold stud or a tiny azure stone, and he is clean-shaven.  His Roug uniforms are always cut to best flatter his lean body and he holds himself with quiet self-confidence.  Javin is a knowledge-seeker at heart and always shoots questions at someone when he doesn't understand something or wants to know more.  He is an only child.

He has several talents.  His initial talent was the ability to make small, inanimate objects "disappear," in reality making them invisible.  In time he has developed the ability to sense Nether-magic, as well as other abilities.  An extremely powerful Wyn, he will eventually be at least as powerful as General Pados if he continues as he has been.  Wyn Level 8.
