Lady's Luck

Ladys Luck

Found in the black swamps, Five Lakes, lake Briston, Czar lake, Con Cuisto forest, Groley woods, and Khalakopf Mountains, Lady's Luck is not a hard herb to find. But it is still in heavy demand from women.

Growing to a height of 12 inches, and they grow in clumps spreading out about 24 inches over the ground. The prennial has small blue flowers which bloom in the summer. And the plant has board green leaves growing all along the stem.

Easily adapted to grow in a container, there isn't a female herbalist alive who doesn't have at least a tiny patch of Ladys Luck growing in her garden. If the leaves and stems are steeped in a drink, and drank, it helps to relieve menopausal discomfort. Ground into a powder and eaten with food, it regulates and eases and regulates a woman's menstrul cycle. Also, reduces the inflammation of female organs. used in a poltice and spread over the breast, it helps breasts recover after they have been swelled with milk. Also it can be used as a mouth rinse.

Dried, the flowers are lovely additions to flower arangements, and the leaves can be used to make a brilliant green dye. And it's petals used to make a subtle pale blue dye. Lastly, the young leaves can be torn up into small pieces and tossed into salads, giving it a mild, bitter taste.   As it is so very common, it is an easy to find herb, though it is also in high demand from the female population and is therefore a reasonably priced herb.
