('Aonair Trader Clan' Portrait by Regina Carey)

Roses for the Roug- Allies!

Aonair Trader Clan
(Created by Regina Carey)

Traders are one step above criminals. But the exception to that rule is the Aonair Trader Clan. That's what alot of people have to say about Traders and the Aonair clan. Like any other clan, they have their little secrets, their own way of doing business. But part of their way is to treat others with respect and not take advantage of bad situations.  Good people, they enjoy life and will throw a party at the drop of a hat. But like any other trading clan, it's hard to get in these people's trust.

So the Academy must be counting their blessings when one of the clan's daughters decided she wanted to
become an Uen Roug. The day Tiarna was accepted, the academy and it's Roug and Wyn became 'family'. From that day on, Academy healers and Heidi got their medicinal and cooking herbs for extremely low prices. Anyone living in the academy, from workers, wyn, Roug and students are able to send parcels and letters to their homes for free by the Aonair clan who happily bring parcels and letters back to the academy.

Though perhaps the greatest advantage of having trader kin in the academy is for the Uen Roug out on
duty. A roug has run out of supplies and in need? The traders are more than happy to re-outfit them for
free. They come across an injured roug, Their own herbs and healers are there to help.

A roug in trouble crosses the path of an Aonair train, they are hidden amoung the clan. There simply seems to be NOTHING the clan won't do to aid the roug now. Making them a very valuable ally to the Roug. And all they ask for in return is news of their Tia. Proud people, the only thing that will cause the Aonair clan to refuse help to a roug is if that particular person treated them pourly in a past encounter. And of all the Roug, the one the clan seems to like best is Coul McFinn.  Amusingly enough because the Arms Master can drink most of them under the table. Giving Coul an open invitation to any clan parties.
