Open with a pan over New York City at sunset flashing from the Statue of Liberty to the Empire State Building to over Central Park then finally to a regular apartment building. Fade to inside an apartment. It's Jeff's apartment. We pan around to see Craig sitting on the couch smiling as he watches an old episode of Charlie's Angels. He smirks a little as he watches Fharah Faucet flip her hair around. Jeff comes out of his bedroom in his gear for demon patrol.

Jeff - Man, what are you watching?

Jeff takes a look at the television. Close up on his face as he lets out a disgusted scream.

Cut to inside the centre. James, Morgan, Eve and Alex are laying out the weapons for the nights patrol. Jeff and Craig walk in.

Craig - I can't help it Jeff. It's a classic show and the girls are hot.

Jeff - Hey I'm not arguing with you about the girls. They are fly but the show is just so 70's. It's so, so . . . so white.

Eve - What now?

Craig - A classic episode of Charlie's Angels

Alex - Ugh you still watch that tripe?

Eve - Again, what now?

Alex - A television show with far too much hair flipping and not enough ass kicking.

Morgan - Ooh Ooh Craig which episode was it!!

Everyone looks at Morgan with confused looks

Morgan - What? I like the show.

Jeff - Never figured you for a ditz

Morgan - Watch it!!

James - The movies weren't too bad

Alex - The first one was fine but the second one was way too over the top with far too much T&A.

Eve - Leave them alone Alex. We all have our preferences. But we need to keep a clear head for tonight. It's going to be busy. (looks to Craig) So no distractions hmmm?

Craig - I'm not looking to cause an argument I'm just saying it's a good show. It's one of those classic shows where good wins over evil.

Eve - I'm sure we wish life could always be like that.

Craig - I always wished I could be Charlie. To have all that money, get cool gadgets to fight bad guys with and having control over three young women willing to give their life for me . . .

Looks over to Eve, Alex and Morgan with slightly bored and disgusted looks on their faces.

Morgan - Dream on Charlie boy.

Craig - (turns around) Don't mind if I do

Craig looks up with a happy smile on his face

Eve
Eve is in tee shirt and shorts and wearing pigtails with ribbons. She's on a box handing out flowers to all the passer byes'

Eve - Love is reward enough in it's self! It blesses both the giver and the receiver. It . . . (makes a move and falls off the box) Ow!!

Morgan
Morgan is sucking on a lollipop and it in a cheerleading outfit walking with her friends

Morgan - And it was totally like you know, you know. Like, you know, whatever!

All her friends smile and nod agreeing with her

Alex
Alex is in overalls standing in front of three High School bullies.

Bully - Come on! Give us your lunch money!!

Alex punches him out and the other two scared, run away

Eve
Eve is sitting surrounded by computers typing really fast and moving from computer to computer. The people around her watch her in awe

Techie - Wow Eve you're a whiz

Eve - But we have to remember that computers only do as much as we tell them. In the end it's up to us to help the world.

All the techie's stand up and clap

Morgan
Morgan is dressed in army greens passing out high tech weapons. She stands up and locks and loads

Morgan - All right boys. Let's show them how it's done

Alex
Alex is standing in leather in front of three biker type men. She headbutts one of them knocking him out cold. The other two scared, run away.

Cut to Eve doing a flying kick in the air

Cut to Alex in disguise sneaking into a laboratory

Cut to Morgan beating a guy at fencing. She takes of the protective face covering and flips her hair around.

Cut to all three of them chained together in prison clothes dragging each other around

Cut to all three of them crawling on the ground in army greens and helmets

Cut to a three-split screen. Eve Morgan and Alex are all doing a hair flip

Eve, Morgan and Alex all run as and explosion goes off and they are blown off the ground. They fade out as fire fills everything.

Cut to a huge mansion. We pan over to the plaque on the side that says "Summers Agency"

Cut to inside a lavishly decked out office all in oak and plush white couches. There is a large office type desk with a flat screen computer and speaker box connected to a phone. Three girls walk in through the double oak doors. It's Eve Morgan and Alex. Jeff Bosley walks through a side entrance to stand in front of his desk.

Eve - Hey Bos!

Morgan - Hey Bos!

Alex - Hey Bos!

They all sit down

Bosley- Hey girls!

Just then the phone rings. Bosley presses a button

Craig - (voice) Good morning Angels

Alex Eve and Morgan - (in unison) Good Morning Craig!

Craig - (voice) Eve, Morgan, Alex. I hope you're rested and ready for your next assignment.

Everyone turns their attention to the large screen that materializes to show a showcase of twelve gems

Craig - (voice) These are the Millennium Gems. They are the most sought after jewels in the world

Alex - And I bet they cost a pretty penny.

Eve - Anyone who could get their hands on them would have enhanced their social status.

Craig - (voice) But this case has a different twist. (the screen materializes to show a simulation of the jewels being transformed and changed) These gems have chemicals within them that, when extracted and put to use, can change any human being into superhuman. Legend has it, that over one thousand years ago, the gems were made from the blood of demons. If these gems are changed back into their blood form and injected into someone, soldiers for instance. . . .

Morgan - They can be changed into an army of super humans that can literally take over the world and who ever has control of the army will have control of the world

Craig - (voice) Bingo!

Jimmy - (voice from behind) That's where you girls come in

Jimmy enters through the double oak doors is a highly tailored dress suit and brief case

Eve - (surprised) Jimmy!! (runs over to hug him) What are you doing here?

Bosley - He's our new client

Jimmy - You all know I work for Abraham Quartermaine one of America's wealthiest men with the most corporate influence. He funds one of his own armies. He's says it's for protection but it could be something else now. I did the research for these gems that he is showcasing at his mansion tonight and found out the legend. That's when I decided to call you girls.

Alex - So it wasn't just to spend more time with your girlfriend?

Craig - (voice) Quartermaine has influence in many areas including business and politics. He threw some money around because he wanted to show the gems off in his own home. He wants people to know his power has no limits

Jimmy - He told me to bribe and throw as much of his money around as I could to get them and Quartermaine is not known for being so frivolous with his money. In short, he's a tightwad, so that raised my suspicions. Plus he's been getting really friendly with General Maddox, head of his security and personal army.

Morgan - I've heard of her. She's an A One Bad Ass.

Jimmy - She threatened me, telling me I better get those jewels. If any of them knew I was here talking to you . . .

Eve - It's okay. We have a policy of strict anonymity and even if they somehow were able to find out, we'll protect you. I'll protect you.

Alex - Which brings us to the question of what do you expect us to do?

Jimmy - You girls are the best in the business.

Bosley - You need to stop any trouble before it starts.

Craig - (voice)But first we need to find out Quartermaine's plans. If he does intend to steal the gems, does he really intend to use the jewels for a superhuman army to take over the world?

Eve - He wouldn't simply just take the gems. After hosting their unvieling at his mansion that would cast far too much suspicion on him.

Morgan - Is there anyway to do a little recon on this?

Jimmy opens up his brief case and passes invitations to Eve, Alex, Morgan and Bosley.

Bosley - Quartermaine's Gala for showcasing the gems is tonight. We don't want Quartermaine to know that Jimmy hired us so we've got to go under cover.

Craig - (voice) Angels it's time to suit up!

Cut to Bosley passing around small microphones and earpieces.

Bosley - These are undetectable and we should be able to stay in contact the whole time. You each know your assignments?

Eve - Get close to Quartermaine and maybe a team of scientists, if they are there, learn as much as I can about the scientific nature of the gems

Morgan - Get close to General Maddox, find out her part in all of this.

Alex - I'll be first one on hand and also the one who is most likely to go unnoticed. I'll get whatever info I can on the situation

Jeff - And I'll get close to Quartermaine and get him to open up.

Eve - Let's do this!!

Cut to an elevator opening up. Bosley steps out into a huge party and finely dressed people loaded down with jewellery and throwing around cash like confetti, holding champagne glasses and laughing and smiling. Behind him Morgan walks out walking like a Major with her head held up high she moves off to the right. Eve also walks out and grabs hold of Bosley's arm.

Eve - Let's get close to Quartermaine.

Bosley - Hey! I'm down with that. Don't you know Bosley's theory of investigation. Follow the rich white man

Cut to Morgan or Carol Kane as she grabs a glass of wine of a passing tray. She turns around and comes face to face with General Maddox elegantly dressed in a red gown.

Maddox - General Bella Maddox (hold out her hand to Morgan)

Morgan - (shakes with a firm handshake) Major Kane Royal Canadian Armed Forces

Maddox - I know. Some of my old comrades speak very highly of you. Although I must confess I'm not sure why. You work with a "peace core." How do you fight the enemy? How can you convince them to yield to you if you do not show ruthlessness?

Morgan - Perhaps because I fight with my wits and with the courage of my convictions. I will not back down. I will defend my values and my country to the death!!

Maddox - (throws her head back with laughter) Yes I can now see why they speak highly of you.

Morgan - Tell me General why are you not in dress uniform?

Maddox - I no longer serve a country but rather one man. My allegiance is to him(looks over to Quartermaine surrounded by people) He preferred that I dressed this way.

Morgan - You don't seem the type to bow to any man's wishes.

Maddox - He and I have a business arrangement. For the command of his "security " I receive certain rewards

Cut to Quartermaine surrounded by people. Bosley behind him in dreadlocks and full costume is behind him.

Quartermaine - (as he takes a sip of his wine) So he told me "Over my dead body" to which I replied 'I can agree to those terms'.

The people around him laugh

Quartermaine - What's so funny?

Everyone stops laughing quickly. Figuring this is a good time to cut in Bosley interjects.

Bosley (laughs out loud to get into character with Jamaican accent) Ah Mister Quartermaine you are a most witty man but you must tell me about the purpose of this smashin ball yeah?

Quartermaine - (turns around and looks at Bosley or J.D. Warner) You mean you don't know? Entertainment guru that you are.

Bosley - Oh I know about the gems man but I don't get whole science thing, like why the gems are rare and what makes them of scientific value

Quartermaine - Nor do I! I just let my scientists take care of all the science mumbo jumbo just as long as I get the profits from all of it.

Quatermaine smirks and laughs. When no body else does he looks around as if to say "well?" and suddenly everyone starts laughing

Cut to Eve as Nora Corner with a glass in her hand looking around trying to see over the heads of the people in the room. It's then that Alex as Whitney George comes up to her with a platter of or'derves.

Alex - Madame?

Eve - (turns to Alex slightly startled but get back in to character) Um . . .Yes! (starts picking around the platter)

Alex - (out of the side of her mouth) Looking for anyone one in particular. A young man named Jimmy perhaps?

Eve - Is it that obvious?

Alex - If you crane your neck anymore you'll start to look like a flamingo. You can quit checking the crowd for your boyfriend cause he's not here. I'm sure Craig advised him to keep on the down low while we're doing recon.

Eve - Enough on my personal life thank you. What did you find out before this whole shindig took off?

*flash*

An image of Quartermaine standing in front of the gems with General Maddox with dozens or reporters surrounding them. Quartermaine has a fake smile plastered on his face as he looks like he is explaining something.

Alex - (voice over) He was gushing over how he was pleased to have his home be a temporary home for the gems and have the elite take a first hand look before the whole public will be able to enjoy them when they are put into a museum. A reporter did ask what does he get out of this whole endeavour to which he replied

Quatermaine - No good deed goes unrewarded.

*end flash*

Cut to Morgan who passes by whispers

Morgan - Maddox also talked of rewards. I have a feeling they're talking about just more than money.

*flash*

Cut to an image of Quartermaine and a sleazy type looking man half cover in shadow talking very discreetly

Alex - (voice over) Later on I saw him talking to some weird looking guy. He didn't look like he was part of security but I couldn't get close enough to see.

Cut to Alex as she is shoved off to the kitchens by a head waiter.

*end flash*

Cut back to Eve and Alex. A headwaiter comes over to Alex pushing her off

Head Waiter - Hey! You're not here to mingle. You're here to serve

Alex sneers a little and rolls her eyes as she walks off. Eve walks over and looks at a painting and continues the conversation though the mikes, trying to look inconspicuous.

Eve - With the gems, it gets even more interesting. As far as I can figure out from the scientists, the gems can be melted down. The chemical components can be more easily manipulated and harnessed in that state. It seems the gems in a liquefied form can manipulate DNA and genes.

Morgan - Into what?

Eve - I don't know

Morgan - Sounds to me like Quartermaine and General Maddox definitely have plans for these gems and I don't think it involves putting them in a museum.

Eve - But if they just suddenly disappeared the next day he would be the number one suspect.

Cut to Alex who spots General Maddox getting rather cosy with Quartermaine. She slips her hand into his pocket unnoticed by him

Alex - Hey guys! Are you checking out Maddox?

Cut to a three-split screen. Morgan and Eve are on either end turns their head to the scene of Maddox and Quartermaine in the middle panel.

Maddox's hand in Quartermaine's pocket pulls out a key that she hides quickly away from sight.

Cut to Bosley looking over at a sleazy looking guy watching the same scene.

Bosley - Sleazy looking guy checking out the same scene, 11 o clock

Cut to Alex as she looks over and sees him

Alex- That's the dude Quartermaine was talking to earlier

Cut to Eve

Eve - Something's going down!!

Suddenly there is a blackout!

There is total black as screams are heard. There is a few shout for no one to panic but they are ignored. There are a few crashes heard then the sound of someone being hit hard.

The lights come back on showing Quartermaine relieved pressing his face against the glass case of the gems. Eve is a few steps down with a balled up fist

Quartermaine - Thank god!! The jewels are still there!!

Cut to Bosley. He is looking at the wall where the sleazy guy is no longer standing

Bosley - Sleazy dude's a no show!!

Cut to a guy's back just as he runs out the backdoor clutching his nose. He pushes past Alex. She sees he has the key.

Alex - Backdoor! The guy's got the key!

Alex runs out the back door as Eve and Morgan duck out some side doors

Cut to a long hall as Alex runs down taking off her apron as Eve and Morgan join in from different doors behind her. Morgan throws off her mask and wig throwing her jacket off to the side. Eve throws off her wig and glasses and her long white dress comes off to reveal leather pants, boots and black tank top. Morgan is in army pants and black tank top as Alex is still in her black pants and white blouse. They just get to elevator as it closes with the sleazy guy inside.

Alex goes over to the door leading to the stairs and spins around and kicks it open.

Cut to the backdoor to the alley. It bursts open and it reveals Eve, Alex and Morgan. They see the sleazy guy in his dark suit and greased back hair as he slips into the alley. They cannot see his face as he is wearing a black facemask. The girls follow in pursuit.

Cut to the alley where they have followed him. The masked man runs up along the wall and flips over. While in mid air upside down he takes out a gun and shoots at them. Eve flips out of the way as Alex and Morgan run up along the walls to dodge the bullets. They all duck for cover behind crooks and crannies and behind boxes in the alley as the sleazy guy continues to fire at them as he lands. He continues to fire as he runs out of bullets. He backs up against a wooden fence that blocks the rest of the alley.

Eve - (noticed he has stopped) NOW!!!

They all run out from cover to catch him. The sleazy guy drops his gun and jumps high over the fence to land on the other side. Morgan and Alex run up before Eve and kneel down to form a brace. Eve jumps on their hands and they give her a boost over the fence. As she flies over she grabs a clothesline pulling it down and swinging down to the kick their adversary. He ducks as she swings over him but she kicks her self back from a wall pushing her back to the sleazy guy and she kicks him right in the chest. Alex and Morgan climb up and jump down on the other side of the fence as Eve lets go of the close line and lands between Alex and Morgan. The Sleazy guy moves to attack them again. Alex and Morgan take hold of Eve arms and they flip her backward as she kicks the guy in the chin sending him stumbling back. Alex and Morgan let go of Eve and kick him in the chest sending him flying back crashing into the face.

Alex Eve and Morgan get back into defensive stance. The sleazy guy staggers to get back up. From behind his mask you can see malice in his eyes. He looks at all of them and screams as he runs toward them

Alex - (rolls her eyes) Uh! I don't know why they scream. It's not like we don't know they're coming.

The sleazy guy jumps up high and does a split kick in the air kicking Alex and Morgan out of the way. The guy sends punches and chops toward Eve who dodges and spins out of the way. It isn't until she spins under a punch that she is unaware that she leaves her self open and gets kicked in the chest. She crashes into boxes.

Sleazy guy jumps up high to finish Eve off when Morgan gets up and grabs him by the foot and pulls him back down. She is about to land a drop kick on him when he flips back up out of the way and spins around and kicks Morgan in the chest sending her crashing back into the fence.

This is where Alex gets up and jumps on his back. They spin around until he slams Alex into a wall. He then grabs her by the hair and flips her over throwing her off his back on to the ground again.

Eve gets up and runs up to try to kick him but he moves out of the way. Eve then bends down and Alex rolls over Eve's back kicking him in the face. Morgan jumps up and kicks him in the chest with both feet. Alex catches Morgan then kicks the sleazy guy in the side before spinning Morgan around allowing her to kick him in the face again before Alex sets her down. They both move out of the way clearing the path for Eve as she jumps up high and bicycle kicks him in the chest before tackling him to the ground. They roll around on the ground struggling. The Sleazy guy manages to roll on top. He quickly gets of Eve and runs farther down the alley out of sight where they lose him.

Alex - Damn it!!

Eve - (takes out the Quartermaine key they she stole back in the midst of the struggle) It's all right for now. I have the key.

COMMERCIAL

Cut to the main office at the Summers Agency. Eve, Morgan and Alex are sitting on the couch across from Bosley leaning on his desk. They are all listening to the speaker box.

Craig - (voice) Good job stopping the robbery Angels but we're still no better off then we were before.

Morgan - Craig's right. We still don't know if Quartermaine is involved or not.

Alex - But Maddox is definitely working with the Sleazy Guy. I mean she took the key without Quartermaine knowing and then after the lights came back on the Sleazy Guy had it as he ran out the building with a bloody nose. Nice punch by the way Eve.

Eve - I was just trying to stop him from taking the gems.

Bosley - And for all we know, Quartermaine may have set up the whole thing so he wouldn't be considered a suspect if they were stolen right in front of him.

Eve - (shakes her head not sure) I don't think so. He looked far too relieved that the gems weren't stolen for him to be acting.

Morgan - He may have different plans then General Maddox.

Craig - (voice) What is clear is that Quartermaine and Maddox don't have honourable intentions and we can't let either of them get control of those gems before they go into a museum. We still have a week before that happens.

Bosley - What about the Sleazy Guy? I didn't get a good look at him from the side. Alex what about you?

Alex - No. His face was obscured in darkness and we went after him he was wearing a black facemask. Couldn't tell what he looked like except for the fact he was using way too much hair gel.

Eve - Craig's right though. Nobody knows who is going to do what. We have to keep those gems safe until they get into a museum.

Alex - I say we destroy them and be done with it.

Jimmy - (voice) Unfortunately you won't be able to get to them

They all turn around to see Jimmy with a broken nose and his arm in a sling.

Eve- (gets up immediately to help him sit down) What happened to you!!!?

Jimmy - (gasps slightly as he sits down) Maddox. She decided to take it upon herself to discipline me for my feeble attempts at keeping the gems safe. I told her the case is impenetrable without the key. That's when she broke my nose.

Morgan - She trying to cover her own tracks of the feeble attempt she made to steal them in the first place.

Eve - (has a thought) Do the gems have any other security or protection?

Jimmy - (shakes his head) Like I said, the case they are in, is impenetrable. Nothing can break it. Quartermaine doesn't think they need any more protection.

Craig - (voice) Angels are you thinking what I'm thinking?

Eve, Morgan and Alex - (in unison) You need a little more security.

Cut to the lab at the Summers Agency. Eve, Morgan and Alex are all standing in there with lab coats on, the speaker box is on a table on the side along with a set of blue prints of Quartermaine's mansion.

Craig - (voice) Angels, break it down.

Alex - Quartermaine's current security for his mansion in general begins with a security unit that does hour-by-hour rounds. There are also video monitors situated all around and inside the house. All money and valuables are kept inside safes protected by a codes known only to Quartermaine. Since then gems are our priority all other valuables are irrelevant at this time. The gems are kept in a case that is impenetrable. The only existing key that opens the case belongs to Quartermaine.

Morgan - The case stays in the ballroom, which is in the centre of the mansion. There are no video monitors within the ballroom. The ball room in accessible at four points. There are two door on either side of the ballroom that are kept closed and locked. The only known key to the doors also belongs to Quartermaine. Two guards are placed at each door during the night. There is shift change every four hours. This is to make sure the guards are always alert.

Eve - The other two points that the case is accessible at comes from above and below. Directly above the case is the skylight, easily accessible and easy to enter through with no present security. Directly below there are underground tunnels under Quartermaine's mansion that lead to directly under where the case holding the gems in situated in the ballroom. The showcase although fairly large is easy to handle thus easy to carry out from either four points on entry. We're going to need motion detectors, synchronized entry and a lot more guards then two.

Craig - (voice) Angels, let's beef up Quartermaine security whether he likes it or not.

Cut to a door and the sound of a doorbell ringing. A butler opens it to find a very blond Alex, Eve and Morgan all standing in white jump suits and holding toolboxes each displaying a very strained and fake smile.

The butler lifts a confused eyebrow

Quartermaine - (voice) Geeves? Who is it?

Quartermaine comes to the door with Jimmy behind him. His eyes nearly pop out of his head.

Eve, Morgan and Alex - (in unison and phoney Dutch accents) YAH!!!!

Eve - (Dutch accent) I am Fricka and these are my sisters Micka and Gicka. We are from a very prestigious and very foreign security company. We were hired by a Mister Jimmy (pretending to mispronounce the last name)Ho . . . Hu . . Haow . . . .

Jimmy - (steps forward) Uh . . I hired them sir. We need more security to make sure what happened at the ball doesn't happen again.

Quartermaine - What are you talking about? We don't need extra . . .

Morgan - (Dutch accent)(unzip her jumps suit revealing skin slightly) Wow it's hot out here yah?

Alex and Eve get the hints and unzip their jump suits slightly and fan them selves off

Alex and Eve - (in unison) Yah!!

Quartermaine - (mouth drops open before he gets a goofy smile on his face) I'm sure a little more security couldn't hurt.

Eve, Morgan and Alex - (nod with fake smiles and phoney Dutch accents) Yah!!!

Cut to Alex Morgan and Eve inside the ballroom looking around. Eve looks over to Jimmy who nods and closes the door behind them leaving them alone.

Eve - All right. Let's get to work.

Cut to Alex installing various video monitors directed at the case all around the room.

Cut to Morgan directing two guards to stand post both inside and out side the doors of the ballroom. Pan up and fade out and back into the ceiling of the mansion where two guards are standing by the skylight

Cut to Alex outside the ballroom doors putting a special lock on the doors that can only opened by synchronizing an entrance with two keys.

Cut to Eve hanging up by the skylight installing metal doors around it, ready to close automatically if the skylight is opened.

Cut to Eve now beside the case putting motion detectors all around the case. If the case was even jostled just a little bit the alarm would be triggered.

Cut to outside the ballroom where Eve, Alex and Morgan are talking to Jimmy. Eve hands him a key.

Jimmy - What's this?

Eve - A key. Quartermaine has the other one. You will use it to synchronize your entrance to get into the ballroom, it also will turn off the motion detectors. However, we changed the lock on the case. It can only be opened with a special code. One that only Bosley has.

Jimmy - Bosley?

Morgan - Yes. If that case was to remain as it was General Maddox would have tried to get the key from Quartermaine and then she really would be able to steal the gems.

Alex - If Quartermaine hasn't already planned to do it himself.

Eve - It's safer this way. The gems shouldn't ever need to be taken out of the case. Once they are transported to the museum Bosley will give them the code.

Jimmy - (disappointed) Oh.

Alex - Well, I think that's a job well done. I'm taking off. I'll see you guys tomorrow.

Morgan - Yeah. I need to do some shopping. My cupboards are bare. See you Eve

As Alex and Morgan leave Eve and Jimmy walk to stand outside Quartermaine's mansion.

Jimmy - And you? What are you doing tonight?

Eve - Nothing yet. You have something in mind?

Jimmy - (smiles) My loft. Tonight. I have to tie up a few loose ends but what say we meet around eight.

Eve smiles and gives him a small kiss on the lips which he doesn't respond to. Eve notices this

Eve - What's wrong?

Jimmy - Uh nothing. I'm just distracted. I think I got lost in your eyes. I could drown in those baby blues. (smiles)

Eve - (rolls her eyes and smiles) You are so cheesy. I'll see you tonight.

Eve and Jimmy part ways. Fade out from Quartermaine's mansion to a bird's eye view of a city. The sun it setting.

Cut to Alex at a fry cart. She turns around with a fry sticking out of her mouth and runs into Jimmy. She opens her mouth and the fry falls out.

Alex - Oh crap (looks back up at Jimmy and smiles slightly) Um hi. What's up?

Jimmy - I was told you'd be here. I just wanted to thank you for coming along and giving the other girls support. I mean I know you didn't do a lot but you still came along as an extra just in case.

Alex - (confused but also surprised) What?

Jimmy - Eve kept going on about it being so much work and bragging about how ingenious the plan was and how she came up with all by herself. It really is a fantastic security system and I just wanted to thank all of you. I mean, I know you really don't do a lot but it's really great the way you support Eve. I know she appreciates it even though she doesn't say it.

Jimmy smiles and gives Alex a strong pat on the arm before walking off. Alex just smiles weakly and gets a really upset look on her face before walking off.

Cut to later in a grocery store. Morgan is walking along a grocery isle when she turns a corner and bumps in to Jimmy's cart accidentally

Morgan - Oh! Oh hey Jimmy. Shopping for your date tonight?

Jimmy - Oh Yeah. You know Eve and me! Hey, I didn't think you were much of the shopping type. I thought you'd be living off your army rations or living on a base or something.

Morgan - Excuse me?

Jimmy - Yeah, Eve is always talking about how your so army crazy and war war war!

Morgan - What?!!

Jimmy - (pretends he didn't hear her) Yeah wow! Eve says all you've got on your mind is fighting and weapons.

Morgan - She said that?

Jimmy - (laughs like it's a joke) She says between you and Alex she didn't know how she came up with such a brilliant security system for Quartermaine. But I know she is grateful for your support even though she doesn't say it. (looks at his watch) Oh, look at the time. Eve's expecting me. Bye!

Jimmy directs his cart away and leaves Morgan looking shocked and hurt.

Cut to a bird's eye view of the city turning to dark and the street lights coming up.

Cut to the Summers Agency. Bosley is walking along the hall to his office. He opens up the door and finds his office being ransacked by five thugs.

Bosley - HEY!!!

All the five thugs stop and turns toward him

Bosley - Stay back or I'll have to use my KA - RA- TE on you (starts making wild motions with his hands) HA - WHAAAAA.

Thug number 1 punches him out

The thugs grab Bosley by the arms and drag him out of his office.

Cut to Quartermaine's mansion. Quartermaine is sitting in his study smiling smugly. He hears the door open and close. He swings around and sees General Maddox standing there.

Quartermaine - I trust everything is going to plan.

Maddox - Absolutely (pulls out a key and a gun)

Quartermaine - What are you doing?

Maddox shoots Quartermaine three times in the chest. He is dead. Maddox walks over and grabs the second key to the system out of his pocket. She sticks both keys in her cleavage before she sneers at Quartermaine and leaves.

Cut to Morgan driving up to a trailer. She gets out of her car and hears load music pounding out from it. She walks up to the door and bangs on it.

Cut to inside the trailer where the music is louder. Alex takes a swig out of a two litre Coke Bottle and let's out a huge burp. She hears the knocking.

Alex - Go away!!

Suddenly the door to Alex's trailer is kicked open. Morgan steps in

Alex - Hey!!! Haven't you ever heard of knocking?

Morgan - I did!(turns off the music)

Alex - What do you want?

Morgan - Did Jimmy talk to you today?

Alex - (snorts a little remembering what he said) Yeah, yeah he did. What of it?

Morgan - Did he happen to mention that Eve really "appreciates our support even though she didn't say so"

Alex - (burps) Yeah, right after he told me how Eve brags about how she came up with such a great plan and I didn't have a thing to do with it.

Morgan - Yeah that's basically what he told me.

Alex - Why would she say those things?

Morgan - Jimmy is trying to get us riled up. He's trying to split us apart. Why else would he say all those cockamamie things?

Alex - If I knew what "cockamamie" meant I could answer that. Okay, let's say for a minute that he was trying to split you, me and Eve up. Why would he do that? What would he have to gain? More alone time with his girlfriend?

Morgan - Together we're a threat somehow

Alex - Sure, we're the only ones who could stop General Maddox or Quartermaine from using the gems to make a Super Army. If we were to split up or we didn't trust one another they could get away with building their army.

Morgan - But the new security system is up. They can't do that now.

*flash*

Eve - A key. Quartermaine has the other one. You will use it to synchronize your entrance to get into the ballroom, it also will turn off the motion detectors. However we changed the lock on the case. It can only be opened with a special code. One that only Bosley has.

Jimmy - Bosley?

*end flash*

Alex - Yeah Jimmy seemed real disappointed about the fact that Bosley had the code to get into the case.

Morgan - Hold on a second. Do you remember the Sleazy guy? Eve punched him in the nose breaking it. Isn't it funny that Jimmy was nowhere to be seen at that party but the next day he walked in to the office with a broken nose.

*flash*

They all turn around to see Jimmy with a broken nose and his arm in a sling.

Eve- (gets up immediately to help him sit down) What happened to you!!!?

Jimmy - (gasps slightly as he sits down) Maddox. She decided to take it upon herself to discipline me for my feeble attempts at keeping the gems safe. I told her the case in impenetrable without the key. That's when she broke my nose.

*end flash*

Alex - Yeah it is. (remembers something) Oh my god!!

*flash*

Cut to an image of Quartermaine and a sleazy type looking man half covered in shadow talking very discreetly

Cut to a close up of the Sleazy guy's face partly obscured in darkness. At the image gets closer we see that it's Jimmy with a fake moustache on

*end flash*

Morgan and Alex -(in unison) Jimmy is the Sleazy guy!!!!

Morgan - Maddox and him are working together!!

Alex - Oh no! Eve!!

Alex grabs her coat and goes to open the door with Morgan behind her. When she does she sees several gangsters with guns pointed right at them.

Alex and Morgan - (in unison) AHHHHHHHHH

As the shooting begins Alex slams the door and her an Morgan climb up and flatten themselves against the roof. The firing continues until the trailer looks like Swiss cheese.

Cut to outside the trailer. The gangsters after firing long enough figure the girls are dead then jump in a jeep and drive off.

A few seconds pass and Alex and Morgan emerge from the trailer

Alex - Okay now I'm mad!!

Morgan - Come on! Let's get to the agency and see if we can find Eve!!

Cut to Jimmy's loft. Eve walks in and sits Jimmy, with his arm still in a sling, down and brings over a new band-aid to change the one on his nose.

Jimmy - Careful now.

Eve - That is one mean job on your nose(replaces the Band-Aid on the nose)

Jimmy - I know. Even in the dark you have one mean punch

Eve - What?

Before Jimmy can answer General Maddox walks into Jimmy's loft. Eve's eyes go wide.

General Maddox - Oh, you're here. Eve is it? You did a great job you did on that security system. Very thorough. I'm just glad I had both keys.

Eve - (looks to Jimmy) Jimmy? How did she get the key?

Jimmy - (takes the sling off his arm and rotates his shoulder blade) Well Eve I thought that was obvious at this point. I gave it to her.

Eve - (shakes her head) It wasn't Maddox and Quartermaine. It was Maddox and you . . You're the Sleazy guy!!

Jimmy - I'm offended by that name. And yes (walks over and kisses Maddox deeply) It is Maddox and me. For quite a while now.

Eve - Quartermaine had no part in this. You want the army. He was just the means of getting it.

Jimmy - Uh huh

Eve - We were set up to make it look like you had nothing to do with it so we wouldn't suspect you

Jimmy - Until it was too late of course. You threw me for a loop with that whole new security though. But Bosley is going to be a big help.

Eve - You kidnapped him to get the code?

Jimmy - Yeah that's right!

Eve - What about Alex and Morgan?

Jimmy - Oh I don't think they trust you anymore. I had a chat with each of them.

Maddox - If they are not dead already

Eve - You wanted to split us up because together we could stop you but apart we're. . .

Jimmy - Useless. Yeah, now you got it. Any more questions?

Eve - You want a superhuman army. Why?

Jimmy - No no. We want a demon army. (looks into the fire place with the roaring fire) Because there is a great power that will reward us greatly if we give it to him. He will be the destruction of this world and I will be the destruction of you.

At the same time Jimmy and Maddox spin around and kick Eve straight in the chest and kick her out the balcony window. She crashes through screaming.

Jimmy dusts off his hands and grabs Maddox to him and kisses her hard. He pulls back and looks at the broken window.

Jimmy - And that is that.

Jimmy and Maddox laugh and walk out the loft.

Pan outward from the loft through the broken balcony window past the balcony and down. We see Eve hanging off the end. She was able to catch on as she fell out the window. She swing her legs forward and flips back on the balcony. She grabs her things and makes her way to the agency.

Cut to inside Bosley's ransacked office. Alex and Morgan are rummaging through the mess. When Eve bursts in. She runs over to Alex and Morgan and gives them a hug when she sees they are all right.

Eve - You guys! You're alive!!

Morgan - (smiles) You're okay too

Eve - No thanks to Jimmy and Maddox. They're working together. It's them who wants the superhuman army. Everything was a setup including Quartermaine and us. They convinced me you were dead.

Morgan - We know. Jimmy tried to convince us that you thought we were useless

Eve - Never

Alex - It was then that we figured him out. But listen, Bosley's been taken. They're going to use him to get the code to open the case.

Eve - We're the only ones that can stop them. That's why they tried to split us up. But we can't let them take us down. Separately we can fall but united we will stand strong.

Suddenly all the girls hear a ticking that get louder and louder.

Alex - Does anyone else hear a ticking sound?

Eve, Morgan and Alex look over to the mantle where they see a huge bomb.

Cut to outside the agency where a few seconds pass before suddenly it's blown up

COMMERCIAL

Cut to the Summers Agency in rubble with fire and ashes surrounding the building. We pan along the rubble to see one pile of rubble starting to move. Suddenly a pile of rubble is pushed off and out climb Eve, Morgan and Alex. All of them are covered in soot, their clothes are slightly torn and dirty and they are all coughing.

Alex - Good call Eve. Heading to the shelter was good but now the agency is blown to bits and we have no way of finding Bosley, no equipment and nothing to stop your whacked out boyfriend and his bitch of a general.

Eve - We're alive aren't we? We just have to believe. We're Angels remember. Craig chose us for a reason. We've got to be creative and use our wits.

Morgan - Where do we start? We don't even know where they've taken Bosley

Eve - If they want to process those gems imminently that means they would take the gems and Bosley to a team of scientists and Quartermaine's scientists have already figured out most of the mystery of the gems.

Morgan - So they wouldn't go to a different team they would just threaten the current one

Alex - And that would be where?

Eve - Quartermaine Bio Tech Labs!! They have a bio cite facility that's relatively remote and it's holding facility can hold weapons and a whole army!

Morgan - We'll have to take out the army with tear gas that will leave it unprotected.

Alex - Then we can split up and take care of the necessary tasks. Saving Bosley and getting back those gems

Morgan - Head to my house Eve. I always pack heat!

Cut to Eve's car speeding off from the wreckage

Fade in and out switching back and forth through various scenes of Eve, Alex and Morgan strapping into leather pants and tank tops and strapping on weapons and tear gas bombs.

Finish with Alex putting on platform boots. She is dressed in leather pants and black shirt with rips all along the sleeves. Pan out to see Eve putting on a leather jacket over a silver halter-top and leather pants and finally pan out farther to see Morgan dressed in leather pants and a camouflage tank top checking out a very large gun. She locks and loads. She looks back to Eve and Alex nods

Alex - So now how do we get there?

Morgan - I'm calling in a favour from a few old friends.

Cut to a big army air hanger transporting Eve, Morgan and Alex to their destination.

Morgan - (talks into her walkie-talkie)All right boys this is the spot. Drop the tear gas in to the facility.

Tear gas in dropped in from a bird's eye view. Within seconds people flee from the facility.

Morgan look to Alex and Eve who nod

Morgan - All right guys we're out of here. Over and out!!

Alex Eve and Morgan with each a backpack jump off the hanger. They all open their parachutes and sail down to the grounds of the facility. When they touch ground they quickly hide their parachutes away. They look around and see a tower next to the facility. They hear Bosley's shouts of help

Eve - I'll get Bosley!

Morgan - (takes out a weapon) I'll set up this baby and keep a look out while covering your backs.

Alex - And I'll get the gems!

Alex Eve and Morgan smile and head their separate ways.

Morgan makes her way up to the top of the tower into the loft. Alex heads into the facility and Eve heads into the tower.

Cut to inside the compound. General Maddox looks at the monitors at the warehouse being blown up the army running away and now Eve Morgan and Alex infiltrating the compound.

Maddox - (furious) IMBECILES!! How am I cursed with such incompetence. All right (points to her two right hand men both generals) You take out the one with the weapon. (points to five regular thugs) You five stay here and protect the gems. Don't let a little girl scare you away. (points to two regular thugs) You two come with me. We're going to take out that bitch Eve.

Cut to Alex walking along the halls of the compound. She hears whimpering and crying from one of the rooms. She presses her ear to one of the doors and is sure that's the room and kicks the door open. There she finds the scientists. They all look worn out but mostly scared

Alex - Workday's over! Go home!

The scientists are relieved and they all run out of the cell as Alex continues on her way.

Cut to Morgan in the loft setting up the weapon on a tripod. She sees Jimmy walking along the path to the compound. She tries to contact Alex to warn her but there is too much static and interference.

Morgan - Alex! Alex! Mayday! Mayday! Jimmy is coming your way!!! (no answer just static) Damn!

Cut to Eve walking up the stairs of the tower.

Eve - (mimics Jimmy's voice) I'm just so lost and distracted by your eyes! JERK!

As Eve gets to the stop of the stairwell she look around and checks out the doors to see which one Bosley's behind. She doesn't notice two men following her around

One man attacks her from behind as she approaches the door. He grabs her by the shoulder. She shrugs it off and grabs the arm, twists it back and throws him into a wall. She kicks the second in the stomach, then punches the first one out again. She then spins around and elbows the second guy in the face and the knocks him out by lifts her leg back high above her head and kicking him in the face with a move known as "The Sleeper."

Cut to Bosley inside his cell where he hears the commotion. He runs quickly and begins banging on the door.

Bosley - HERE!! I'm in here!

Eve runs over to the cell

Eve - Bos is that you? Don't worry we're all here, we're going to get you out!!

Jeff - Be careful Eve

Suddenly an axe is thrown into the cell door just barely missing Eve's head. She quickly looks behind her to see where it came from. Across the way General Maddox waves with a little smile on her face.

Eve grabs the axe out of the door chops of the lock opens the cell and throws the axe to Bosley

Eve - Get yourself out of here Bos. I'll take care of her.

Eve runs and jumps to tackle Maddox down when Maddox does the same thing. They clash in mid air and fall down to the ground through the stair well of the tower. When they land on the ground Maddox quickly gets up on her feet again while Eve propels herself up on to her feet into a fighting stance. Maddox punches Eve, which she blocks with her hand, deflecting the arm and trying to punch Maddox, which Maddox also deflects. They struggle, throwing and blocking and deflecting punches and chops. They finally both catch each other�s arms in a lock and both kick each other in the stomach throwing each other back into opposite walls. Eve finally runs at Maddox and tackles her out the door. They fall down the steps outside the tower landing at the bottom wall, the base of the bio cite facility of Quartermaine Enterprises.

Maddox quickly gets up.

Maddox - I will tear those pretty blue eyes out of your head!

Maddox kicks up a board and throws it at Eve who spins around and kicks it into pieces. She growls at Eve and runs up to attack her. The General begins punching wildly but Eve blocks all of them and then kicks Maddox in the stomach making her stumble back. Eve then jumps up high spins around and kicks Maddox in the head. Falling down, Maddox hits her head on the stone stair knocking herself out.

Eve - You know, we could have talked this out like civilized human beings but you are one CRAZY ASS BITCH!!!

Eve looks up to where she hears Morgan fighting with two Generals in the top of the tower. Eve imminently looks for a way to get on to the ceiling of the bio cite facility

Cut to Morgan as she is setting up the weapon getting ready to take Jimmy out when she hears one of the Generals unsheathe his sword behind her. Morgan quickly dodges out of the way of the swipe. The general quickly destroys the weapon. Morgan gets up, swings around and kicks him in the chest. General number two takes a swipe at Morgan that she is able to duck but the first general strikes at her again. She jumps up and grabs onto a beam and is able to dodge the strike and then kick General number one in the face. When she gets back down both generals spin around and kick her in the chest. She is pushed out of the tower and on to the ceiling on the complex. The two Generals jump out and land beside her unscathed ready to finish her off.

Number one swipes down at her, which she blocks, punches back then rolls away up onto her feet. She grabs on to General number one spins him around and throws him off the ceiling.

The second General runs at her.

Morgan - You guys are really starting to piss me off!

Morgan grabs a pair of nun chucks out of her boots. Morgan grabs the second General's arm with the nun chucks as he strikes at her and she flips him over. He gets up and tries to strike at her again. Morgan traps the sword again in the nun chucks. They tug and pull until Morgan spins them both around in the air. They both land on their feet. The General spins around and attempts to strike when Morgan traps the sword in the chucks and pulls the sword from his grasp. Morgan then punches General number two in the face making him stumble back. Morgan then jumps up high and bicycle kicks him in the chest. He falls to the ground hard as Eve gets onto the ceiling. Eve grabs some fallen chains and ties the general up. Eve then runs over to Morgan

Eve - Are you okay?

Morgan - (nods) Yeah but we have to find Alex. Jimmy has just entered the complex.

Eve and Morgan run to the ceiling door to get into the complex.

Cut to Alex as she approaches the gems in their case. Five guys step in and block her way. They all fold their arms looking smug.

The five thugs smirk begin to form a circle around her. One thug attacks her and she leap frogs over him then runs up thug 2 and kicks him back. On the flip backward she kicks thug number one down again which propels her to flip forward to land on her feet. Thug number three attacks her and she chops him with both hand in the stomach causing him to double over, she hits him on the back making him fall to his knees. Thug one and five attack her and she jumps up and split kicks them back and as thug two and four run up on either side to attack her Alex repeats the previous move before landing on her feet.

Alex runs up to number one and jumps up and kicks him in the chest with both feet. He flies into a wall and has a series of shelves fall on his head. Thug number one is knocked out. Three are left.

From the kick Alex has landed on her back. She propels herself up then runs over, hits a guy in the back, kicks number four in the stomach then spins around and kicks two in the face with the other foot. Number three attacks her again and blocks one of his punches then kicks him three time in the stomach then spins her foot over his head and kicks him in the back. He hits his head on the ground and is knocked out.

Thug two and four are left. Alex jumps up high and spins her foot around and kicks them both in the face then spins her other foot around and kicks them both in the face again knocking them both out.

Alex lands on the ground and imminently runs to get them the case containing the gems. Jimmy shows up out of nowhere and imminently punches her out.

Jimmy looks down at her and smirks.

Jimmy - You know Alex I still don't get your part in this whole endeavour. Do you really have a place in Craig's Angels? (turns around and looks out the window) I mean there's Craig, he supplies the money, Bosley who manages the money, there's dear sweet Eve who is the leader and the brains, Morgan who is the techie and weapons expert and then there's you. What are you?

Alex - The muscle

Jimmy turns around to see Alex punch him in the face. Alex runs for the gems but Jimmy grabs her foot making her crash to the ground. He then swings her around by the leg making her crash through the wall. At this time Eve and Morgan enter.

Eve - ALEX!!

Jimmy runs up to Morgan and kicks her out of the room. He then takes a gun out and points it at Eve's head.

Jimmy - Oh sorry lover but I'm afraid I really must dash. (walks over with the gun still pointed at Eve and picks up the case with gems in them) You see my master would really like this army to happen soon so I have to find another willing army to try these gems out since you took out mine. And I don't think you'll be following.

Suddenly an explosion goes off behind him.

Jimmy - You see a helicopter is coming for me and now thanks to the explosion this whole facility is surrounded by a pit of fire.

Eve - You won't get away with this

Jimmy - What makes you so sure?

Eve - My friends and I won't let you.

Alex and Morgan flip back in the room get a hold of Eve by the arms and help her flip backward kicking Jimmy with a hard uppercut kick to his chin. It has so much force it made him flip over completely on to his stomach.

Jimmy breaths hard and he struggles to look up at them. He staggers to get up still glaring. He sees the gems on the ground. He spits blood at the girls feet then makes a move for the gems

Eve - Your master's calling!!

Morgan and Alex put their foot in each of Eve's hands and she gives them a boost causing Alex and Morgan to do a flying kick. They both kick Jimmy straight into the chest. He drops the case and falls out the window into a pit of fire the surrounded the facility from the explosion. Alex picks up the case of gems.

Cut to Morgan Eve and Alex on the ceiling of the facility.

Eve - Those gems should never fall into the wrong hands.

Morgan - I say we destroy them

Alex - I concur with that assessment

Alex Morgan and Eve all hold on to the case that holds The Millennium Gems. Together they throw it off the ceiling and into the fire. This is when a helicopter comes flying down. It's Jeff Bosley in the copter. We pan down to the original captain who is lying unconscious. The copter was intended for Jimmy. Bosley shouts down

Bosley - Hey Angels! Need some wings?

Alex, Eve and Morgan - (in unison) BOSLEY!!!

Fade later to a cafe where Morgan Eve Alex an Bosley are sitting around a table on a bright sunny day enjoying drinks. In the middle of the table is a speaker box.

Bosley - So how were the gems destroyed?

Alex - Fire. Best way really

Craig - (voice) Now they'll never get into the wrong hands again. You'll also be pleased to know that the agency is being rebuilt. It will be better then new by the time you get back!!

Alex - Is there any chance that you'll be joining us Craig?

Cut to the back of a man's head as he looks across the street at the girls at the cafe

Craig - Sorry girls but I have to watch over some very rare gems of my own.

We pan around from the back of Craig head to his face smiling.

The background fades out behind him and now he's back in the centre still daydreaming until Alex claps in front of his face startling him out of his daydream.

Alex - YO!! You coming or not?

Eve - Craig, try and stay focused. These gems have been made with demons blood. We need think about how we're going to destroy them

Craig smiles as he follows them out

Craig - Have you tried fire?

Eve - (impressed) That might work!
