Fade in to a pan across the New York City skyline. Pan around the Statue of Liberty, fast forward to pan around the Empire State building then fast forward to pan over the busy streets of New York. Fast forward to pan down on the NEW DAYS Centre and close in on the entrance. Fade from the entrance to inside Eve's apartment where Eve, Craig, James, Jeff, Natalie and Morgan are talking.

Eve - Tell me everything that happened while I was away. Tell me exactly what happened with the Olympian cult and that orb.

Jeff – It’s been months since it happened. If something did happen that day don’t you think it would have taken effect by now?

Eve - Or maybe it's been building. What did happen?

Jeff - (sighs) There were reports of things going on that was described as cult like. Weird, possibly illegal, it struck me as supernatural. I brought it to Alex and she recognized what was happening. A self-appointed priest named Arubis wanted to bring back the Gods of Olympus. He had an object which he called The Orb. He claimed it contained the souls of the Gods.

James - They were performing rituals, trying to find a "vessel." Someone from which the gods can draw strength so they could be reborn. When we took them down Alex unleashed some of her power. When he realized her strength, Arubis tried to make her the vessel. But the whole thing was fake. That orb was nothing but a glass ball and the followers were either crazy or duped.

Eve – Do you know that for sure? What if that orb actually held the souls of the gods?

Craig - There are stories from ancient times about Ares aligning himself with a dark god. He and Ares captured the Gods and sealed them within an orb. Someone could have done the same with the Gods who died at Twilight. Like a back up plan in case Xena succeeded in destroying them on behalf of Eve.

Jeff - But Alex destroyed the orb. The ritual to transfer the souls was never completed. If that orb did contain the souls of the Gods, what happened to them? Where did they go?

Eve – (shakes her head) Ritual is just show. What if all that was needed was for the orb to be smashed open and the gods would choose the vessel themselves?

Morgan – Do you remember those golden boys? They were pretty determined to keep Alex. She was important to them. Maybe the gods didn't just float away. Maybe they floated into Alex.

Craig - She does have more energy now, she seems to be more powerful. She's running on no sleep but she doesn't even look tired.

Natalie - I can't sense anything off her. It's as if I'm being blocked

Eve - And her waking dreams are more frequent. She keeps shouting at someone to go away. As if they were . . . inside her head!

Eve comes to a realization and quickly get up and runs out of her apartment. Everyone follows in panic

Cut to Alex in her loft. She is on her knees and rolling around in pain. Alex's hair is wild and her face is covered in tears. She is grabbing on to her head sobbing and screaming

Male voice - How did you think it was going to end?

Female voice - So what exactly is the plan?

Male Voice - She probably has developed enough power to kill all of us

Female voice - I say we move on her right away. What's the challenge?

Male voice - I hear she's a babbling idiot

Male voice - And she defied me! No one does that to me!

Female Voice - A great commander always looks beyond what their opponent is doing, to see if there's a deeper strategy

Voices - Kill her Kill her Kill her

Alex - AHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!

Alex can hear a man chuckling from behind her. She quickly turns around and sees the Shiny one himself, Apollo dressed in gold laughing at her. Alex screams in anger as she runs to charge at him. She moves to hit him but she catches her wrist.

Apollo - Whoa love!! Where's the fire?

Alex is surprised at the fact that he's real. Apollo seems to know what she's thinking.

Apollo - Oh I'm real. I'm Apollo and you are my only hope to rebuild my family.

Cut to Alex and Apollo in Alex's loft. Apollo is still holding on to her wrist. She tugs her wrist away.

Alex - Go away!!

Apollo - Is that any way to treat family?

Alex - You are not my family!! You sent those Golden Boys to kill me!!

Apollo - No no no. I sent them to bring you to me

Alex - They drugged me !! They tried to kill me !!!

Apollo - And you dealt with them accordingly

Alex - Shut up!!

Apollo- I would have done the same thing

Alex - I'm nothing like you!!

Apollo - Oh but you are so much more. You have the power of half a dozen Gods in you. The very best of us!!

Alex - (shakes her head) That's impossible!

Apollo - Is it? The orb was real. You know it was. You freed them and they chose you to be the Bringer of the Dawn! The dawn of the new Olympian Order. You have the strength and the power to contain them as they reach their peak. And when the alignment of the planets occurs they will be born again.

Alex – (shakes her head) It can’t be . . . it just can’t . . .I don't want to be like them . . . I don't want to hurt people!!

Apollo - I've seen you. While you're trying to suppress your growing powers, people are taking advantage! My boys, that stupid mortal Mia . . .Craig. They hurt you first. You just fought back.

Alex – (squeezes her eyes shut trying to quiet the voices) What . . .what will happen to me when the Gods come forth?

Apollo - Anything you want.

Alex – (her hands go to her head as she shakes madly) But Eve . .. and the others . . What if they find out?

Apollo - They won't find out. I've taken care of that

Alex - I can't hide this forever . . . they’ll look for a way to get the Gods out of me! . . .(calms down a little bit) Yes, yes. Maybe it's for the best . . I can have my life back.

Apollo - (takes Alex by the shoulders and turns her forward toward him sharply) NO!!! . . . .Don't you like being stronger . . .having the power to do anything . . . .

Alex - (cries)I just want the voices to go away!!!

Apollo - You can have control as long as you embrace the entities within you. Once the gods are brought forth you can have the life you've always wanted. You can be granted the power to do anything you want. Don't you want to have a wonderful life?

Alex - (nods her head still crying) Yes

Apollo – Then listen to me. There is no way to get the Gods out. The only way to stop the rebirth is for you to die. If Eve finds out she will destroy you.

Cut to Eve and Craig going into Alex's building

Craig - I really think the others should be with us.

Eve - Alex needs our help right now, but you know what she's like. If we all gang up on her, she'll retreat further within her self. But maybe with just us, we can convince her to open up.

Craig - What if she is the vessel? If she has the Gods inside of her, she might try to kill you.

Eve - (shakes her head)I've seen her when she wakes up from those dreams. She’s terrified. She may not even realize what is happening to her. We have to help her and find a way to get the Gods out!

Craig - What if there is no way?

Eve - Could you kill you best friend?

Craig - If it came to that? Yes.

Cut to outside Alex's door. As Eve and Craig approach they hear Alex's voice.

Alex - (voice) What do I do?? How do I stop them!!!?

Craig makes the move to open the door when Eve stops him

Eve - Last time I did that I nearly got a vase smashed over my head. (knocks on the door) Alex?

They hear some rustling from inside before Alex opens the door looking mess!

Alex - (surprised) Hi! What are you guys doing here?

Eve - You've been crying?

Alex - Wha . . Oh yeah . . its nothing. Just forget about it(moves aside and let's them in)

Craig - (unconvinced) Who were you talking to?

Alex - No one . . .Listen, I'm so sorry about what happened with Mia. I . . .

Eve - (walks over and touches Alex's shoulder gently) That's not why we're here. We're worried.

Alex - Why?

Eve- Natalie came to us. She can't sense you (sees Alex roll her eyes) And James, he hasn't had a vision of you since before the incident with the orb.

Alex - So . . .that's hardly a basis to be worried.

Eve – Alex, you better sit down.

As Eve watches Alex sit on the edge of her couch Eve looks around at the state of her loft. Everything else around had been torn and smashed.

Eve - What happened here?

Alex – Nothing

Craig – Nothing? Alex, open your eyes! We know what's been going on!

Eve – Craig stop it! (sighs and tries to put this delicately) Alex, we think something is wrong and it has to do with the orb you smashed. Do you remember what happened that day?

Alex - It was a while ago now. I got knocked out by the blast when I destroyed it.

Eve - We think the gods really were in that orb and that somehow you've become a vessel to bring them back into the world.

Alex – You weren’t there Eve. There is no way that could happen. I would have known.

Eve - But what if the takeover was so subtle you didn't even notice?

Alex - I think I would have noticed.

Eve - But there are changes in you. You are stronger now. You have more power, more energy

Alex - Maybe my godhood is finally starting to work for me or maybe I've been trying to suppress it for so long that sometimes it just blows up!!

Eve - And what about your waking dreams? You talk like there is someone else in the room. Who are you talking to?

Alex - I don't know!! They're just dreams! They don't mean anything!

Eve - Etan, Egan and Eric, were obsessed with you

Alex - Psychos who tried to kill me!!

Eve - Alex something happened that day with Arubis and you need to stop denying that! Something has happened and it has changed you. I know you know what that is. You’re frightened but that’s okay. We can help!

Alex - (gets up and looks Eve straight in the eye) I'm fine but I don’t have any more time to entertain your theories. I have to go to work.

Alex goes into the bathroom to get herself ready. Eve sighs and looks to Craig who is leaning by the door.

Craig – I think we’ve got trouble.

Cut to the centre. Alex is doing some paper work and looking over some figures. The music is beginning to annoy her but she keeps on working. Apollo appears beside her.

Apollo - Whatcha doing?

Alex - (jerks up startled she looks to Apollo sighs and goes back to her paperwork) Trying to get some work done

Apollo - You would rather have this then a life of power and luxury?

Alex - It's honest

Apollo - So who says being a god makes you dishonest? You can do anything you want. It's your choice.

Alex - I didn't choose to have the Gods inside my head

Apollo - That was destiny.

Morgan – Alex!

Alex jumps at Morgan being beside her. Morgan looks at Alex confused. Alex looks to Apollo who is still there. He just smiles

Apollo - She can't see me

Alex - Uh . . . What are you doing here? I thought you were off solving mysteries with Jeff.

Morgan - Just finished a case. Jeff is dropping by the precinct though looking into the details of an old case. That one with the Olympic cult.

Alex - Cult was fake. Case closed

Morgan - We just want to know more about the orb

Apollo - Nosy isn't she?

Alex - Why is everyone so obsessed with the orb all of a sudden?

Morgan - I think it's a little strange that you destroy an orb that was supposed to have the spirits of the gods and a few months later a couple of Apollo's servants come looking for you.

Alex shakes her head and bypasses Morgan

Morgan - Alex!(grabs her arm and jerks Alex back towards her)

Alex – You’re creating problems where there are none! So butt out!

Morgan - We’re considering all possibilities. You could be danger and we’re trying to help you.

Alex - How dare you criticize my life!! You've not exactly got the greatest track record when it comes to great decisions in life!

Morgan - You are such a hypocrite! You preach to everyone else about helping people but in the end you turn around and lash out at everyone who are trying to do the same for you!!

Alex - Listen to me you Amazon reject!! Mind your own goddamn business and I'll mind mine!!!

Alex walks off leaving Morgan stunned. She turns around and heads up to Eve's apartment and warns Eve.

Alex walks around the lower area of the centre where the equipment is.

Apollo - How dare she talk to you like that? These are your friends? They won't want to help you. But then mortals are all the same. They care for nothing except when it affects them. You give and you give. Divinity, gifts, power and they just spurn and reject you! Just look around at these fools.

Alex looks around at the people abusing her gym equipment.

Apollo - You have given these people a place to better themselves. You have worked hard, obeyed the rules and look what they are doing to the fruits of your labour

Alex steps out of the way as she is almost run over by a pack of kids running out the centre followed by a few youth group leaders.

Apollo - They have no respect for you.

Alex looks over to the back room entrance where Eve, Morgan and James and standing watching her

Apollo - And your "friends" don't trust you. They say they care about you but if they believe you are a threat they will destroy you if there is no other way.

Alex - (turns away and whispers harshly) You don't know that.

Apollo - I do know and so do you. Look, all I want is my family back. After the re birth you can do what ever you want. You can have this life back, if you want it. But here people like your friends look at you with contempt and distrust unless you conform to their rules. When you are a God, no one questions you. You make the rules.

Alex is suddenly pushed by someone who tripped over themselves and she finally snaps. She picks up the guy and throws him toward the entrance

Alex - GET OUT!! GET OUT YOU WORTHLESS TRASH!!!!

Alex picks up pieces of gym equipment and throws it at people. The people gasp and are stunned at her outburst

Alex - What are you looking at!!! YOU ARE RUINING MY GYM! MY LIFE!! I'VE GIVEN YOU EVERYTHING AND YOU ARE TEARING IT APART! DO YOU HEAR ME! GET OUT! EVERYONE OUT!

Alex picks up a huge dumbbell and begins to swing it around at people. James comes in suddenly and grabs by the waist and holds her back while Eve grabs the dumbbell out of her hand

Eve - GET HER OUT OF HERE!! NOW!!

James picks up Alex who is still ranting and raving and drags her out with Morgan behind

Eve - (runs over to a waitress) Look after things. Get people to calm down

The waitress nods as Eve runs out!!

Cut to outside the centre where James throws Alex down. She brushes her self off and pushes James right before Morgan fends her off

Morgan - What the hell is wrong with you?!

Alex punches Morgan in the face. Morgan falls on the ground holding her nose as Eve runs out and holds Alex back.

Eve - WHAT IS GOING ON!! What has gotten into you?

Alex - Common sense! Finally!

Eve - What are you talking about?

Alex - I have tried to be a good person. I have put my life on the line night after night. There is no thanks or gratitude. I have given people a place to better themselves and they destroy it! I have resisted being a god and denying the power and respect I deserve and its thrown back in my face!!

Eve - Alex, listen to yourself. This isn't you.

Alex - I have lived my life according to everyone else's rules and where has it got me? No longer! This is my life!! My rules!! My world!!! And I will destroy all who defy me!!! Just like those Golden Boys

Eve – What did you do?

Alex – To Etan, Eric and Egan? I killed them.

COMMERCIAL

Cut to Alex's loft. Eric bursts in the room. He looks to the spot where Alex was supposed to be unconscious on the ground.

Alex - (voice) Looking for someone?

Eric turns around and finds Alex behind him the puncture wounds in her neck and her eyes glowing white.

Eric - How . . .that drug . . . you were supposed to be unconscious.

Alex - You have defied not one but seven gods! And you are going to pay for your heresy.

Alex grabs him by the arm. She snaps it back and breaks Eric's arm. He screams in anguish. Alex then takes him by the neck and throws him head first into the wall. Alex picks up Eric

Eric - NO NO NO!!

Alex throws Eric and sends him crashing though the window

Egan bursts through the door.

Egan - Impossible!

Alex suddenly speeds faster then light behind Egan and snaps his neck. He falls down in front of her

Alex - Anything is possible.

Alex picks Egan and throws him though the already broken window.

Alex stands there looking through the window and Egan and Eric on the ground dead. Etan comes running into the loft

Etan - NOOOOO!!(runs over to the window) My brothers . . . you killed them.

Alex - As I will kill you

Etan - (sinks to his knees) No please . . . I beg of you . . .I am your humble servant . . .you can't . . .

Alex - I'm a god. I can.

Alex picks Etan up by the neck and throws him out the window. Alex dusts of her hands, suddenly she looks confused. She begins to sway looking weak and tired. Her eyes return to normal and she faints.

*flash*

Cut to Eve shaking her head

Eve - No . . . .

Alex - Oh yes . .. I killed them . . .(laughs)

James - Why?

Alex - Because they hurt me so I hurt them back!!! For once I did what I wanted. And it felt good.

Eve grabs Alex by the shoulders

Eve - This is the Gods talking! We have to get them out of you. We have to hurry before it's too late!

Alex - What are you gonna do if its already too late? Kill me?

Eve - Alex . . . .

Alex pushes Eve off her and walks away. James goes after her

James - Wait!!

James grabs a hold of Alex's arm and tries to get a vision. He can't. He looks to Alex in surprise. Alex shrugs James arm away and leaves everyone stunned

Cut to Natalie's apartment. Craig and Jeff are both on lab tops.

Jeff - How's the cross-referencing historic logs with world police records going?

Craig - I've got at least twenty different cult orbs coming up

Natalie - Narrow it down to those that were found in the last five years cross referencing it with those of Apollo and Ares.

Craig does as she instructs and an article comes up on Craig's computer.

Craig - I got something!!

Suddenly there is furious knocking at Natalie's door. Eve runs in with James and Morgan behind her. Craig gets up instantly

Jeff - What's going on!!?

Morgan - It's Alex!

Eve - She knows about the Olympian Gods. She’s known all along and she’s not even fighting it.

Craig - I've got a few articles on the orb. We'll find it's weakness and we can find a way to stop what has started.

Before Craig goes back to his computer Eve grabs his arm.

Eve - We have to find a way Craig. We can't kill her.

Craig nods his head hesitantly and goes back to the computer.

Eve - I just wish I knew what exactly is going on inside of Alex. I may be able to reach her. Help her resist it at least until we know if we can get the Gods out.

Natalie - It's time to use your powers Eve. To its fullest potential.

Cut to Alex in her loft. She is looking out her window. Apollo comes up behind her.

Apollo - Well you handled that well. Now they know!!

Alex - They knew before.

Apollo- But now they will try to stop the re birth.

Alex - I can handle this. I can talk to them. Make them see reason. The gods just want to live their life right? I’ll convince them that the gods deserve a chance just like anyone else.

Apollo – May I make a suggestion? Kill them before they kill you.

Cut back to Natalie's apartment. Craig is scrolling down on the article he pulled up on the orb. With the article is a picture. It's Arubis but he looks completely different then the cloaked man that they dealt with earlier.

James - That's Arubis all right but he . . .

Craig - Was an archaeologist named Aaron Buckhannon. At an archaeological dig on the borders of Greece he finds an artifact said to be the find of the century.

Eve - What are the ruins from?

Craig - (scrolls down) A temple. From the markings on the ruins it was a temple dedicated to the God of War

Eve - Ares.

Craig - The orb was found in a cavern underground, under the ruins of where the temple would be. It was a chamber that looked like it was dedicated to another god . . . called Dahak.(reads more) Myths told of an ancient time where Ares the God of war switched his allegiance from the gods of Olympus to Dahak an evil incarnation in order to . . .

Morgan - Save his own hide?

Craig - Something like that. The myths also state that this orb was used to trap the gods of Olympus to make Dahak's ascension easier. When Dahak was defeated Hercules found where the orb was hidden and released the gods. Hercules destroyed that orb.

Eve - Arubis found it in a secret room didn't he? Ares probably kept another one hidden away. He knew what was coming with my birth. He probably was going to save himself if hadn’t decided to give up his immortality.

Craig – So the gods did use this as a fail-safe.

Eve - The Gods may have been over confidant but they weren't stupid.

Jeff - So why did Arubis go all super psycho bad and build a cult to the gods?

Craig - (checking his computer) Found an article on that too (reads) Archaeologist Aaron Buckhannon founder of the fabled Orb of the Gods committed to an institution in Athens today in order to be treated for delusions. He claimed the mythical sun god Apollo was contacting him. He revealed that The Orb of the Gods was to be used for the re birth of Olympian Gods in the next alignment of the planets. He insisted on finding the vessel that will carry the gods to term.

James - So how did he get out?

Craig - Searching all related articles . . . . Found it! Aaron Buckhannon now referring to himself as Arubis has been broken out and smuggled out of Athens. Suspects are several cults honoring the various mythical Greek Gods including Poseidon and Artemis. Leaders of the cults have been lobbying for Arubis's release for weeks stating he is to be the new head priest of one cult dedicated to the Gods of Olympus.

Jeff - They some how got to New York and we know what happened then.

Morgan - So where Arubis fails the Golden Boys take over finding out Alex was the vessel.

Craig – And they were trying to protect her .. .from us . . from Eve because they know we would prevent this

Eve - The Gods are clouding Alex's judgment. They're changing her. Craig, you need to get every exorcism spell you can find. Improvise something special if you have to.

Craig nods and gathers up his laptop and heads out.

Craig - I'll go to my apartment and pick up some stuff.

Natalie - Come back here. The centre is not safe anymore

Craig nods and goes out.

Natalie - Those potions alone will not work. You are going to have to use your powers.

Eve - I . . . I don't know how . . .

Natalie - I'll help you. At least try. For Alex's sake.

Eve - (nods) For Alex.

Cut to Craig's apartment. Craig comes in to his dark apartment and quickly sets his laptop down and is about to go into his room when he sees a figure on the couch

Craig - Who's there?

The figure gets up and walks over to the table and turns on a light. Alex is standing there. She looks strangely beautiful. Though dressed no different she has an ethereal presence.

Craig - (backs up reaching for the door) Alex?

Alex - I need your help Craig.

Craig - (stops backing and relaxes a little) Yes. Yes I can help you Alex. We all can, we all want to!

Alex - No. Not everyone else. Just you. You're the only one I've ever trusted.

As Alex walks toward him Craig takes a few steps back. Alex looks at him questioningly as she stops

Alex - Don't you trust me?

Craig - No Alex. I can't. Not right now. Not with what's inside you.

Alex - After all we've been through together, you really think you can't? I have followed you through everything. I went to hell and back for you. I would have done anything you asked and you can't listen to me for five minutes

Craig - (relents guiltily) Five minutes

Alex - I'm sure you already heard what happened at the centre. I lost my temper. I admit that. But in my anger, I truly connected with the Gods. For the first time I understand what they want.

Craig - Which is?

Alex - To live. For 2000 years they have been trapped. Even now they are trapped inside a body with no control, watching the world pass by, unable to do anything about it. I thought you of all people would understand.

Craig - That I understand. But what do the gods intend to do when they come back?

Alex - Does it matter?

Craig - Given what they did to Eve, yes it does.

Alex - Its so different from the stories we've heard Craig. The gods are different. Maybe they've had a change of heart, I don't know. All I know is that all they want is their life back. To be with their family, to love again. I want that too. . .

Alex inches closer to Craig ever so slowly

Alex - If I do this, I can have my life back. (caresses Craig's face gently) I can be with you.

Alex leans in slowly and kisses Craig. He kisses back but stops himself ripping himself away from her.

Craig - Alex, we can't do this. You're being manipulated. The Gods can't change. If they were to come back do you really think they'd just be content to leave to world alone? It isn’t in their nature to forgive and Eve won't let them rule the world like they did before. She will fight them. She will be their enemy and so will I.

Alex - Is that what you want, to be my enemy?

Craig - (getting uncomfortable) No, I don't want it to come to that

Alex - (moves in close to Craig's face and whispers against his lips) Neither do I.

Alex begins to kiss Craig passionately. Craig at first resists but then opens up to Alex's advances. He opens his mouth and Alex slips her tongue in as they begin a passionate battle. Alex puts her arms around his neck and Craig moves his arms around Alex's waist pulling her close. Craig groans and moves into nuzzle Alex's neck. Alex moves her head back and Craig kisses all up and down her throat before returning to Alex mouth as each willingly try to devour each other in another passion filled kiss.

Fade from Alex and Craig into Natalie's apartment. James, Jeff and Morgan are off to the side waiting silently. Eve is kneeling in a circle of candles. Natalie walks outside the circle waving incense and speaking to Eve in soft tones.

Natalie - Go back Eve. Delve into your past and of those who came after you. Become The Messenger, All Messengers. The First and the Last. Embrace the wisdom of all those who forged that path.

Close in on Eve face. Her eyes shoot open and her face is replaced by flashing blue lights as if we have entered a vortex.

Natalie – (voice) Yes! Harness it Eve, harness the powers of those who came before. Use them, see what has been hidden from you.

Cut to Alex and Craig kissing in his apartment. Alex's eyes suddenly snap open and she shoves Craig off of her.

Alex - There was someone inside my head!

Craig - Wha?

Alex - Was it you? (grabs Craig by the collar and kisses him hard. She pushes him off into the wall again) It wasn't you. Who is rooting around? (realizes something and looks to Craig) Where is she?

Craig - Who?

Alex grabs Craig by the throat and throws him against the wall

Alex - EVE!! WHERE IS SHE?!!!

Craig says nothing as his airways are being crushed. Alex drops Craig

Alex - Nevermind. I'll find her myself.

Cut back to Eve's vision. Natalie's voice is in the background

Natalie - (voice) Remember Eve. Remember your legacy, the powers you passed on, the powers of all the Messengers before!

There is various images streaming through of men and women banishing demons to hell, fighting battles and displaying a whole array of powers. But they are also talking to people, bringing families back together and establishing peace. Through this montage of images she sees portraits of all the Messengers of Eli including Eleanor of Aquitaine and Ewan the Great.

Suddenly all the images Eve has seen go backward at alarming speed until there is the vortex of blue light.

Cut to Eve as she is jerked out of her vision. She falls on to her face and rolls over on to her back. She is exhausted and is out of breath.

Eve - (begins sobbing) I can't . . . .I'm not strong enough. . .

Natalie - Yes you are! You were chosen. Just as Alex had been chosen.

Eve - What?

Natalie - It is what has to come to pass. Both you and Alex have reached a cross roads in your life when you must face who you are and embrace what is to come. You were the Bringer of Twilight, The End of Gods. Alex is the Bringer of the Dawn. The Rebirth.

Suddenly the phone rings. Natalie goes over and picks it up. Her eyes go wide as she looks over to Eve. She hands the phone over.

Eve - Hello?

Craig - (voice) Alex was just here and I don't know what you did but she is pissed and looking for you.

Cut to Alex in the Centre. Its dark as it has been closed for the day. Alex starts throwing fire balls at the walls. She is burning the centre around her. She channels a huge ball of energy and throws it up at the ceiling making a huge hole. She starts throwing blue energy balls through it.

Cut back to Natalie's apartment.

Jeff - uh Eve?

Eve goes over to the window that Jeff is looking out of. Morgan and James join her. In the distance they see blue light being thrown into the sky

Morgan - What is that?

James - What ever it is, it's coming from the centre.

Craig - (voice) Eve? Eve are you there? What's going on?

Eve suddenly drops the phone and runs out of Natalie's apartment.

COMMERCIAL

Cut to the centre as Eve runs is. She stops and looks around in shock. We pan around the centre and see it has been completely trashed. The walls have holes in them the equipment has been broken and the bar has been torn to shreds. It's dark. Eve looks around cautiously.

Eve - Alex?

Alex - (voice) You know. It doesn't look that much different now than to how it was when I first bought the place. It was trash. I guess everything does revert back to its original form (laughs a little) Well not everything. Some things evolve

Alex steps out of the shadows. She is dressed in leather.

Eve - (shakes her head)Alex, you have to listen to me.

Alex - Oh I've listened, I've stood by as you gave the orders, made the rules. I'm done now. With the distrust, the disrespect. The utter contempt. You couldn't just talk to me? You had to invade my mind...

Eve - I didn't do a mind search! I was . . .trying something else but whatever it was I couldn't control it. I'm sure you know what that's like.

Alex - I'm controlling things just fine.

Eve - I don't think you are otherwise you would be fighting what is happening to you.

Alex - What makes you think it's bad?

Eve - Alex, you know better then anyone that the Gods believe that their powers give them the right to decide who lives and who dies. They rule through fear because it’s the only way they get what they want.

Alex – You were like that once and you changed. Don’t they deserve the same chance?

Eve – How can you be so sure they want to change? The Gods you are harboring inside you are obsessed with control and power. Even after I had changed they were fully intent on killing me. Do you want to become like that?

Alex – You go around parading as Livia half your life and you are going to judge me and the gods before they’ve even had a chance to prove they’ve changed.

Eve - I . . . I don't judge. I’m not judging them or you . . .

Alex - Every one of you are so quick to pass judgement, to turn on me because you can't stand that I'm making the rules. That I have the power now. Craig has a murderer take over his body so he feels it's his right to act like a dick but he's can't be held responsible for his actions. Jeff is a hypocrite ready to help people for money but he can't be judged for his actions, he needs to make a living. Morgan is an abused runaway renegade Amazon and her problems follow wherever she goes but forget judgment! And James that poor pathetic excuse for a member of our team. We keep him around for what? Entertainment. You all think I'm going to destroy the world? You haven't had half a clue what been going on this year!

Eve - Stop this!

Alex – I'm not going to be a sycophant any longer. So what do you want from me ?

Eve - I WANT MY FRIEND BACK!!

Alex- (scoffs)I have no friends. Least of all you.

Alex makes a move to go when suddenly Morgan jumps on her back. They spin around before Alex grabs Morgan by the hair and flips her off. That’s when James and Jeff appear and both kick a leg out from under Alex so she falls down doing the splits. Before each can kick her Alex swings her legs together and flips backward to land on her feet. This gives Craig the opportunity to throw several vials at her feet.

At this time several colours, smoke and spirits form a cocoon around Alex swirling around her so fast that she can't move.

Craig - Now Eve!

Eve hesitates

Craig - Do it now!! Cast the Gods out. These exorcism potions give you leverage.

Eve - In the name of Eli and all the powers in heaven I command that this presence be cast out.

A spark strikes as Alex but nothing happens

Eve - In the name of Eli and all the powers in heaven I command that this presence be cast out.

Another spark strikes but again nothing happens. Alex rolls her eyes. She brings her hands together then spreads them wide in one fluid motion. With that the cocoon is broken and in a flash of blue light everyone is thrown back into the walls. Eve is the only to get up and face Alex again. Alex is about to go out when Eve steps in front of her.

Alex moves to the side but Eve blocks her. She tries to move to the other side but Eve blocks her again.

Alex - You are really starting to annoy me

Eve – Alex, if you are still in there somewhere you have to fight this! Listen to your heart. You know this isn’t right.

Alex stops. She cocks her head to the side. Something is going on inside her. She closes her eyes and shakes her head. She hears voices inside her head. Before Eve’s eyes visions on the Furies come to mask Alex's face for a brief moment

Furies(voice) - Kill her Kill her Kill her!!

Alex - (shakes them off) Right that's it

Alex forms a sphere and throws it at Eve. Eve puts her hand up and the sphere fizzles out on some invisible shield. Alex is as shocked as Eve

Eve - I'm asking you one last time. Stay and we can help you fight this

Alex moves to push Eve aside but Eve just punches Alex straight in the nose. Alex stumbles back looking straight up. She looks back down at Eve

Alex - I was trying to go easy on you but you are PUSHING IT!!

Alex moves again to attack Eve but Eve bends down to kick the legs out from under Alex. Alex falls to the ground. As Eve moves to kick Alex again Alex catches her leg and flips her around. Eve crashes to the ground. Alex jumps on Eve to knock her out with her elbow but Eve dodges and is able to catch Alex from behind and gets her in a chokehold. Alex pokes Eve in the eyes making her let go. Alex runs up and kicks Eve in the stomach. Eve stumbles to the side barely taking the kick but still manages to stand. She looks up at Alex.

Eve squints at Alex and sees various gods’ faces melding with Alex's face.

Eve runs and tackles Alex down at the waist. Alex is able to roll on top. Eve swings her leg over and flips Alex off and over. Alex gets up quickly.

Alex - I won't let you stop me!!

Eve - I still have a mission to protect people. I didn't want to have to protect them from you!

Alex just then brings a knife out of her boot and swings around to slice Eve in the face. Eve swings away from Alex and touches her bleeding cheek. Alex runs at Eve with the knife and brings Eve down on her back. Alex jumps on top and the knife comes piercingly close to Eve's eye. Eve is just able to catch Alex's wrist and hold the knife away. Both Alex and Eve's hands shake as each slowly struggle with who has power over the knife. Eve manages to turn the knife away and roll on top where she somersaults over Alex getting the knife away from her. Eve stands up ready to attack with the knife. Alex is still laying on her back. She begins to laugh. She gets up slowly now looking bored.

Alex - I hope you've got some hinds blood on the knife.

Eve throws the knife down

Eve - You're not Alex anymore.

Eve punches Alex twice in the face then back hands her, punches her in the chest, then uppercuts her and punches her in the chest again. Alex finally catches her arm, swings around and knees Eve in the back, then chops her in the neck. As Alex pulls back to punch her again Eve uses this opening to jump up and kick Alex in the chest with both feet. Eve falls down with Alex. Alex scrambles to get up to grab the knife but Eve grabs her by the shirt and flips her over. Alex gets up and turns to find Eve jumping up and corkscrew kicking her in the chest. Alex falls to the ground hard. She looks like she is not moving and that's when Eve takes a breath as she stands looking down on Alex. Just then Alex rises up from the ground looking unfazed. Eve makes a wild swing but Alex catches her arm. Alex pulls the arm and brings her leg up over it and snap kicks Eve in the head twice. Alex jumps up and kicks Eve in the chin making her go flying back and skids on the ground into the wall.

At this point Morgan, Craig, James and Jeff have gotten up, still aching, but have seen the battle between friends.

Alex - Well, I guess I now know who my friends are. So I'm going to go to the only people who truly understand me.

With that Alex sharply turns and walks out of the centre.

James - It's happened. Before the fight with Arubis I had a vision of Alex. I didn't realize then the warning and now it's too late. She's going to the only people who understand her.

Eve – (still leaning against the wall weak and disoriented) The Gods of Olympus

Fade to Alex knocking on an ornate gold-coated door. A few second pass. When the door opens Cupid is standing there. He looks at Alex confused.

Alex - You said once if I ever needed someone, you'd be there for me because we're family. Did you mean that?

Cupid nods

Alex - Then can I come in?

Cupid steps aside and lets Alex in and he calmly closes the door behind her.
