Open with a pan around the Statue of Liberty, making a quick flash to Eve. She is sitting in front of her statue. She tries to pray but her mind is haunted by memories of a violent past

*Flashback*

From “The Ties That Bind Us”
*Cut to all the soldiers standing to attention. One unit has their swords drawn another unit had large shields up in an old roman formation. Eve stands beside them in roman armor very similar to what she wore as Livia
*Dozens of Damned souls fall in the entrance.
*The soldiers with the shields push the attackers still on fire away from the entrance as the soldiers move out to begin the battle.
*Eve flips over at the attackers into the midst of the battle. She puts her sword up to deflect the blow from another sword she then kicks the sword out of the hand of her attacker. She jumps up and kicks him in the chest then flips back kicking him in the chin sending him falling to the ground with a thud. She picks up the sword and uses two swords to deflect the blows and swipes from two more attackers. She jumps up and does splits in the air kicking both attackers in the head simultaneously. She then runs up one attacker kicking him under the chin and flips back kicking the other one straight in the chest.

Eve screams and grabs her Eli statue and throws is against the wall. It breaks into pieces

Fade from the wall to a red realm. Pan over to Lucifer watching Eve through a portal. He watches her as she crumples to the ground crying again

Lucifer – Her resolve to do good has changed people and stopped my demons. She has been the final line of defense that has kept me me from corrupting this world, allowing me to walk it and rule it. But look at her now. She is filled with doubt and anger. (laughs) She didn't last long in this city, this modern world, it’s changed her. She is at her weakest. If we could taint her just a little more, a force of goodness corrupted completely, my ascension would be imminent

Demon monk – (enters to stand by Lucifer’s’ side) There may be a way (reveals a long strand of hair preserved in a glass case) A token from the battle at Tarterous. This was pulled from Eve’s very head. It is time to get in touch with Eve’s dark side. Eve’s worst fear is Livia's return. Let us re create Livia and send her to Eve. If Eve were to kill Livia it would surely corrupt her. And if Livia kills Eve it would leave the world once again without a messenger.

Lucifer – A win win (laughs)

Fade to a pool of black smoke. The demon monk whispers incantations as dark forces float into the pool. The demons monk drops the hair into the pool. From the pool a black aura floats up and forms a solid figure in front of Lucifer. Her eyes are closed. We pan out to see Livia dressed in full armor, just as she was in Ancient Rome. Lucifer leans in and kisses her. Livia awakens; she opens her eyes and breaks the kiss. She punches Lucifer in the face. He turns his head back to her unfazed.

Cut back to Eve. She grabs onto the side of the counter in her apartment and clutches at her heart. She looks around her wildly wondering what’s going on.

Open in Hell. Lucifer is sitting on his throne and across from him sits Livia.

Livia - Who are you?

Lucifer – You know who I am. And you know I can get you all you desire.

Livia – (looks around and curls her lip is disgust) There is nothing here for you to offer.

Lucifer – I offer power and riches beyond what you have ever known. You think you knew power in Rome? There is so much more now (waves his hand and opens a portal overlooking New York City.) This is New York, an empire even more rich than Rome

Livia – (looks at Lucifer) You are going to get that for me? Why?

Lucifer – I can give you the means to rule this new world, if you do something for me. A quid pro quo if you will.

Livia – And what is it that you want?

Lucifer – Can’t you feel her?

Livia – Feel what?

Lucifer – Your other side. She's trapped you for years now. She kept you buried, caged.

Livia – Eve

Lucifer – You have her memories, her past and even her experiences in this world. She thrives here; this is her Empire. She wants to keep you locked away. But you can have your freedom, and more.

Livia – (anger, fury and jealously in her eyes) What do I have to do?

Lucifer – Kill her. Kill Eve.

Fade into Eve's apartment she is standing in the kitchen trying to work the toaster. The bread pops up back in her face and she grabs the toaster out of the wall and smashes it on the floor.

Voice - I don't think it deserved that

Eve whirls around to see James

Eve - James! I didn't hear you come in.

James - I know. You were too busy throwing the toaster at the wall to notice.

Eve- (looks away) I'm having a bad day

James - Why? What's going on?

Eve - Look at me! I'm from Ancient Rome, torn out of my time and put into the 21st century. I'm away from my family and trying to live in a world that I don’t belong in. (gestures to the appliances in the kitchen) I've been living here for months and I still don't understand even half of what this stuff does

James - (picks up the pieces of the broker toaster) I think you're being too hard on yourself.

Eve - It's just that I miss everyone. My Mother, Gabrielle . . .

James - Virgil.

Eve - (turns away from James) It's not like that.

James walks up behind her and wraps his arms around Eve. He then gets a vision.

*Flash*

He sees Eve fight along side her brother and Marcus at the battle or Tarterous

Cut back to close up on James' face as he looks at Eve with surprise

Cut to the centre Alex sits herself down on a chair shocked.

Alex – Is that what you saw?

James – It was a flurry of images really but the gist of it is, that battle really shook her up. She feels like she’s losing herself

Alex – Not that. I didn't know it was Eve's birthday! I’m great with birthdays

Craig - It's not about her birthday Alex! I was so stupid to think she could adjust so easily. She’s completely out of her element and she’s lost who she is with all the fighting that we do.

Alex - You know what we should do? We should throw her a huge birthday party!

Craig - A party is not going to make things better!

Alex - Well, we've got to do something before it gets worse!

Cut to the streets of New York. Livia is walking through the streets looking at the strange sights of the city. She is dressed in full armor and everyone looks at her as she walks past. One woman stops her and puts her hand on Livia's shoulder but Livia jerks away in disgust.

Woman - Oh I'm sorry! Are you okay? You just look a little . . . well lost and your clothes . . . they're hardly practical

Livia looks behind her and sees an dark ally she then looks to the woman who is dressed in jeans a black tank top and a jean jacket

Livia - Well maybe you can help me with that (Livia starts descending in to the ally and she crooks her finger for the woman to follow.)

They both descend into the darkness. We hear a few muffles. Livia then walks out wearing the woman's jeans tank top and jacket. She ties her hair into a loose bun and walks away and we pan down to where a bloody knife is half in the darkness half in the light.

COMMERCIAL

Cut to the centre.

Craig – I should talk to her.

Alex – Is that really a good idea? She threw a toaster at the wall. What if the next appliance hits your head?

Craig – I have to convince her that she did the right thing in Tarterous. I knew she was having hard time trying to reconcile a mission that demands her to fight with a path that preaches non violence. I should have been helping her all this time but I failed her. I've got to make this right.

Cut to Eve's apartment. We find Eve lying on the floor in jeans and a black tank top in front of her Eli shrine sobbing. We hear a knock on the door

Eve- Go Away!

Craig - (voice through the door) Eve? Eve, it's me. Can I come in?

Eve is still sobbing when Craig opens the door slightly and looks in. He rushes over to Eve when he sees her crying and gently picks her up off the floor. She shrugs him off and turns her back to him

Eve - (whisper) I've done a horrible thing!

Craig - (sighs) You didn't do anything wrong.

Eve – (shakes her head) I've forsaken all my values and I’ve done what I swore to never do again

Craig - Eve, you fought against damned souls to prevent the damnation of others, protecting a peaceful afterlife. If Tarterous took over the Elysian fields you would have lost your brother and the balance would have been shifted to evil. You did exactly what you are meant to. Your mission is to save souls . . .

Eve – At what cost? My own soul!

Craig – Certain circumstances require different actions. Not everyone can be saved by words.

Eve – I didn’t even try!

Craig – Those souls were damned. Would they have listened?

Eve – I’ve listened to you without question. I’ve followed your way and not my own! I had to because I had nowhere else to turn.

Craig – I didn't bring you here to trap you Eve. I brought you here to help bring back a wisdom of Eli that has been lost over time. I've followed the teachings of Eli and his Messengers but to protect people from evil I've learned I have to serve him differently. Fighting for a peaceful future doesn't mean . . .

Eve - Peace through War! You sound like Ares! (she takes a deep breath trying to control her crying) Send me back.

Craig - What?

Eve – I’ve changed since I’ve been here! I had to, I had no choice. And now I’m becoming Livia again!

Craig – No Eve! It was never like that! I brought you here to help!

Eve gets up and stares Craig down with anger as he gets to his feet panicked

Eve - You used me. Just like everyone else in my life! I can’t do this anymore! I can’t follow my path and fight your mission. I’m doing no good, I hurt people. Reverse the spell you cast and send me back to my time!

Craig - Eve, don't you remember Halloween? You're fully integrated in this time! I can't send you back!

Eve - (stands up and pushes Craig away) You brought me here. Now you send me back. You're the reason I'm like this. I can't be like this!!

Craig - (stands up) The spell wouldn't have worked if you weren't supposed to be here. It’s divine . . .

Eve - Get out!

Craig - Eve . . .

Eve - (pushes Craig) GET OUT! I HATE YOU FOR DOING THIS TO ME!! I HATE YOU!

Eve pushes Craig down and runs out the door.

Cut to the centre. James and Alex here Eve scream and get up to go upstairs but just then Eve runs out of the backroom and knock Alex and James out of the way and runs out of the centre.

Alex - Eve!

Craig – (runs out of the backroom) Where is she?

Alex – I don’t know! She flipped out! What did you say to her?

Craig - We can't let her go out like this. We have to go after her. She's upset and not thinking clear.

Alex, Craig and James runs out the door.

Cut to outside the centre. Alex, Craig and James burst through the doors looking in all directions. It seems Eve just disappeared for she is nowhere in sight

Alex - She could have gone in any direction!!

Craig - Okay we have to split up to cover more ground. James you come with me. I'll drop you off at the police station where we might be able to get some help from one of my friends. I’ll drive around the streets and alleyways and try to get a beat on her. Alex, you can go on your own. You're a god and more likely is able to handle any demonic dangers that might be met on the way. Check the parks, wooded areas and any other demonic hunting grounds

Alex – Got it!

James walks with Craig to his car and Alex runs off in an opposite direction.

Cut to Eve she is running through the streets of New York. As she crosses a street she almost gets hit by a couple of cars who beep at her when she dodges them. She runs into central park and she keeps running until she falls down. She hits the ground furiously and cries. She looks up to the sky

Eve - WHY????!!!!! Why are you doing this to me?

Eve tears at the neatly trimmed grass of the park and pounds on the ground

Cut to outside a Police Station. Craig's car pulls up and James and Craig get out.

Cut to inside the station. They walk up to Lt. Morrison's desk. He's talking on the phone then puts it down when he sees Craig

Lt Morrison – Craig! The only man I know who wants to make small talk while I’m busy working. Do you need me to break more rules or something because I’m not in the mood.

Craig – I need your help finding someone!

Lt Morrison - We don't file a missing persons report unless they've been gone 24 hours. You know this.

Craig – I’m looking for Eve. She got upset and ran off!

Lt. Morrison - That's all?

Craig - She was erratic when she left! I'm afraid she's going to get herself hurt! I'm worried about her. She's my friend and she's your friend too!

Lt. Morrison – (sighs) We are friends and normally I’d help you but I've got a little more on my plate that's bigger than a missing girl. There was a murder earlier today. A woman an alleyway, a murder weapon with no fingerprints and Roman type armor lying beside the victim. It's the weirdest unexplained murder we've had yet. (throws a pile of photographs on his desk) Look . . . you can go to missing persons and explain the situation . . .

As Lt Morrison tries to provide options, Craig takes a peak at the photographs and sees a picture of the dead woman and another picture of the armor that Craig remembers as being exactly like Livia's. A panicked look crosses his face

Craig - Yeah!! Uh, James, you stay here and do what you can! I've got to find Eve.

Craig runs out of the Police station and speed off in his car leaving James and Jeff there stunned

Cut to Craig driving along. He hits a traffic jam and jumps out of his car. He walks to where there was an accident between two cars. The reason for the jam. Craig walks around to where one of the driver's is giving his statement to the police

Driver - I don't know what happened. Some crazy girl just ran right out into the street. I could have hit her if I didn't swerve.

Craig looks around the street to see if Eve was around any where. Across the street he sees a park. He jogs across the street and into the park.

Cut to Eve crying in the middle of the park. Her hands are full of dirt from the ground being torn out from under her. Craig from a distance sees her and runs over. He picks her up gently and she tries to shrug out of his grasp.

Eve - Leave me alone!

Craig takes her face in his hands gently

Craig - Eve, I'm sorry.

Eve just looks at him

Craig - I was so stupid to think you could just come here and adapt after a few short months. You have every right to be confused and upset! You're trying to reconcile a mission that includes fighting with the path of peace while trying to live 2000 years out of your time! I left you alone to try and figure it out for yourself just expecting you to fall in line. I'm so sorry! But I promise you Eve from now on I will help you adjust. I will help you understand. We can reconcile this mission and your path. Other Messengers have done it. So can you

Eve looks at him with tears in her eyes stunned at his words. She moves in to hug him and he takes her in his arms. He smoothes out her disheveled hair as she sobs a little bit.

Craig – You are not Livia. You have embraced the light and you know the dark. You can make the choice of where you want to go in this life

Eve – Do I have a choice in my destiny?

Craig – (smiles a little) Destiny is only a destination. It’s up to you to make the choices and define your journey. I will help you. We’ll work this out together. (moves out of the embrace to look at her) Okay?

Eve - (nods) Okay

Craig - Come on, I'll take you back to the centre.

Cut to Alex walking along in central park looking around. Cut to Livia walking towards Alex. Alex and Livia pass each other as Alex was looking the other way. Alex stops suddenly as she sees Livia walking away from her.

Alex - Eve! Hey!

Livia doesn't answer and just keeps walking away

Alex - Eve!

Alex runs over to Livia and grabs her by the arm to turn her around. Livia jerks away and gives Alex a mean glare. Alex is shocked for a moment but then recovers

Alex – Whoa! Okay, listen I know you're upset. I understand that. But we can talk about this can't we. You, me and Craig, we can work this out.

Livia - (has a confused look) You?

Alex is confused at this behavior. She looks at who she thinks is Eve, who looks like she is searching for a memory. Alex decides to humor her.

Alex - Sure. me and Craig. You can talk to us, you know that (punches her lightly on the shoulder and Livia gets an angry look on her face) Whoa hey! Sorry! I didn't mean it! Look, why don't I just take you back to your apartment and we can talk.

Livia - My apartment? (whispers) Eve's apartment. (looks to Alex) Alex?

Alex - Yeah?

Livia- I think you're right

Alex - (sighs relieved) Okay, let's go

Livia smiles.

Cut to Eve's apartment. Craig sits Eve down on her couch and bends down in front of her

Craig – Alex, James and I went out to look for you. I'm going to go and bring them back here so we can all sit down and have ourselves a talk. A long one. We will work through this together, okay?

Eve nods and Craig gets up to leave

Eve - Craig?

Craig turns around to look back at Eve

Craig - Yeah?

Eve - I'm sorry about what I said to you before. I don't hate you

Craig - (smiles) I know. (turns to leave to get Alex)

Cut to outside the centre. Alex and Livia walk up to the door

Alex - You've been really quiet all the way here. Are you okay? Is there anything that you want to say to me?

Livia - (shakes her head and puts on a sappy sweet voice) Not a thing!

Craig runs out the door

Craig - Alex! Hey I was just going to look . . .

Craig stops short when he sees Livia looking like Eve . . . he looks back to the apartment then back to Livia’s sinister grin

Alex - Hey! You're here! Don't worry. I found Eve!

Craig - That not Eve. Eve is upstairs (remembers the photos of the girl killed and the Roman armor) That's Livia!

Livia grabs Alex's arm and twists it back and throws her head first into a wall knocking her out. Livia then uses her famous move on Craig. Just as he gets up to look at her. She kicks him in the face knocking him out.

COMMERCIAL

Cut to Eve in her apartment. She suddenly grabs at her chest feeling a searing pain go through it. She looks around widely at her apartment. She doesn't understand what is going on. She breathes heavily. She then hears a thumping noise coming from down stairs. She forgets about the pain in her chest and grabs her chakram. She opens her door and heads downstairs

Cut to downstairs in the centre. The centre had been closed for the day so everything is dark except for the light from the street lamps shining through the windows

Eve - Craig?

Craig - (voice) Eve! Don't! It's a trap!

The light switch on and Eve looks up to see Craig and Alex tied up and hanging by a rope attached to the ceiling of the centre, struggling to get loose

Voice - Hello Eve

Eve turns around as Livia, dressed similar to herself, steps out of the shadows

Eve - Impossible

Livia - Well Well Well. Don't you look all sharp and up to date. I just love your hair.

Eve - Why? How?

Livia – I'm the darkest part of you. The one always trying to break through but never strong enough. Until now

Eve - You're that painful presence I keep feeling.

Livia – A mutual friend used a little strand of your . . . DNA to make me whole. He promised me this . . . . New Rome in exchange for killing you.

Eve – Lucifer . . . . He’s lying to you. Think about this. He’s using you

Livia – Its called quid pro quo. Your Latin has gotten rusty.

Eve – He wants me to be like you. He wants the scales to tip to evil so the world will be corrupt enough for him to ascend to earth.

Livia – Details . . .

Eve – I’m not bending to his will or yours.

Livia - Maybe and maybe you just need a little motivation. How will you feel about non violence when I turn your friends into bloodless corpses?

Livia hold up a knife and throws it at Craig's chest. Eve throws her chakram and deflects the knife. Livia looks back to Eve to see Eve charging at her to pin Livia to the wall

Eve - I won't let you hurt them!

Livia - That's my girl! Give in to the violence

Eve - (loosens her grip not wanting to go there again) No! I won't be like that

Livia pushes Eve off then punches her and kicks her in the stomach, sending Eve flying to land on the other side of the centre. Livia flips over to where Eve is laying and picks her up by the neck and slams her against the wall and begins to choke her with both hands.

Livia - Fight me!! HATE ME!!

Eve - (choked voice)Like you wanted with our mother?

Eve pries Livia's hands loose then head butts Livia off of her. Meanwhile we pan up to Alex and Craig who have both fully regained consciousness

Craig - We've got to help Eve

Alex – (sarcastic) Right, cause we can do so much up here.

Craig - Start swinging

Alex – Are you nuts?

Craig – JUST DO IT!

Alex and Craig move their legs to start them off in a swinging motion. We pan down to Eve who is a punching match with Livia who is doing an equal amount of punching and blocking. Livia swings at Eve and she ducks to punch Livia in the stomach. Pan up to Alex and Craig who are now in full swing. They both push off the wall with their feet to propel them more

Craig - Eve!!

Eve looks up to see Craig and Alex swinging. She rolls over away from Livia and picks up her chakram and throws it at the rope which was holding Craig and Alex. It cuts right through the rope and Alex and Craig go flying into the juice bar. Alex shields Craig from the glass and debris as they fall and crash. Alex gets up unfazed and helps Craig who gets up wearily and shakes off the hurt as they shrug off the rope. Alex forms an energy ball in her hands and throws it at Livia. Livia jumps up and flips over all of them landing at the entrance. Livia looks at all of them and runs out the door. Eve follows closely behind.

Craig - Eve wait!

Alex and Craig run out behind Eve

Cut to a small park across from the centre. Livia is running. Eve catches up and jumps grabbing her at the feet sending her falling to the ground. Livia gets up at the same time as Eve and kicks Eve in the face. Livia then flips up and kicks Eve again while flipping back. Livia then jumps over Eve doing her famous move flipping her over but Eve just lands on her feet. Livia turns around to find this and becomes angry.

Eve - Don't look so shocked. That's our move.

Eve jumps up and kicks Livia in the chest then while still in mid air spins around and kicks Livia in the face sending her falling to the ground. Livia gets up and looks at Eve while blood trickles down from her lip.

Livia - If you think you're going to win this battle you're wrong. I kill you, you lose. You fight me, you become me and still you lose. Either way you lose!

Eve – (realizes that Livia is a part of her) But when I fight it is to protect people, to save people. Your skills help me save souls. You can't kill something that is apart of you. I don't want to kill you. I want to be whole.

Eve advances slowly towards Livia with her arms open. Livia tries to back away

Livia - YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO HATE ME!!

Eve - I should but I don't

Livia – NO NO!

Eve – We need to be one.

Livia- NO

Eve – It’s time to be whole.

Eve embraces Livia and hugs her tightly. Livia screams as both she and Eve are enclosed in a bright blinding light.

Cut to Alex and Craig they just catch up to Eve when they stop to shield their eyes from the light. The light fades away and Craig and Alex see Eve alone lying on the ground. They rush over and pick her up and Eve slowly comes to

Eve - (to herself)Only when you know both sides of yourself can you be whole.

Just then the ground opens up and steam, red light and the sound of screams pour out of the crevices. The earth begins to shake violently and Lucifer King of Hell rises from the depths of Hell

Lucifer - When uniting yourself with Livia her sins become your sins thus your soul becomes damned.

Eve – (looks to Lucifer with a level and calm gaze) You’re wrong. When I unite myself with Livia I became whole. My good deeds and my resolve to continue to do good absolved Livia’s sins. The balance is still is place

Lucifer just laughs at this statement but when he tries to walk out of the crevice and steps on to earth he finds he can't move

Eve -(smirks) Having a little trouble?

Lucifer - Don't be so smug. Everyday that you fight others you become more like Livia. It won't be long until I walk this earth.

Eve - I save souls. I protect them from those who try to corrupt. I give them a choice.

Eve runs over to Lucifer. He swings at her but not being able to move misses as she ducks and she punches him twice in the stomach. She then delivers an upper cut punch to his face which leaves him kind of disoriented. She then puts her hands on his head.

Eve - In the name of Eli and all the powers of heaven I demand that Lucifer the King of Hell and Leader of the Damned be banished from this earth and back to hell!

At that moment Lucifer is engulfed in white light. He is screaming wildly as he is sucked back into hell and the crevice closes after him.

Eve takes a deep breath and just then the moon comes out from behind the clouds. Eve lifts her face to the light as if being cleansed.

Craig and Alex walk over to Eve

Alex - Hey!

Eve rushes over to Craig and gives him a big hug and then gives Alex a hug

Alex - Are you alright?

Eve - For a long while there I wasn't. Thank you for putting up with me until I sorted myself out

Craig - Eve, we all made a lot of mistakes. We haven't been there for you like we should have been.

Alex - We didn't really know what we were getting into. I didn't understand.

Craig - But we can change that and work to makes things better.

The trio all smile and walk out of the park with their arms around each other.

COMMERCIAL

Cut to the roof of the centre. Angle in on an Eli shrine Eve has obviously set up. Pan around the roof. There are potted plants and flowers all over the roof. Pan around to where Eve is standing watching the sunrise. Pan in on her face. Eve smiles then turns around and kneels in front of her Eli shrine.

Eve - I know in your wisdom you were testing my resolve and my will to this mission through. But I am now stronger and more determined then ever to continue on. Thank you for love and for giving me a family who will fight by my side.

Craig - (voice) And help you adjust to a new life.

Pan around to Craig and Alex standing on the roof

Alex - (looks around) Nice place to pray

Eve - It seems appropriate to pray here today and now. The sunrise reminds me of the first one I experienced in this new time. You know I always thought Livia was this beast within me, part of my soul that would consume me but Livia can also give me strength. I don’t have to be her. I can choose who I want to be. I can be whole and good (walks over to a plant of her and picks up a spider walks over to Craig and Alex with spider in her hand smiling)

Alex - Whoa!! (with hands up backs away from the spider) Okay that's just a little bit gross

Craig - Eve, put the spider down before you completely freak Alex out. Besides, we want you to come downstairs. We have something for you.

Cut to the centre. Eve walks through the door from the backroom and she sees balloons and presents and flowers. Lt. Jeff Morrison, James and a crowd of people from the precinct and people she helped since she’s been here are all standing in the centre

Jeff, James, Alex, Craig - (unison) SURPRISE!!

Music starts playing starts playing and balloons fall from the ceiling

Eve - (smiles and laughs) Oh my!!! . . . I can't believe you did this! How did you know?

James - (puts up his hand) Guilty! I let them know

Eve hugs James

Eve - Thank you( sees Jeff) Jeff . . . I mean Lt Morrison

Jeff - Jeff is fine thanks (hands Eve a present) A little gift from the precinct. Any girl who can take out a gang of gun sellers has our vote

Eve - (takes the present waves at the officers and smiles) Thank you

Alex - And we have balloon bouquets from a mother who's son you helped turn away from gangs. Flowers from mothers of the new age amazons that you saved and some presents from other people that you've helped including Ronin's family that reunited with him a few weeks ago

Eve - You arranged all this for me?

Craig - Eve, when we let these people know it was your birthday they couldn’t think of a better time to thank you for all you’ve done. You've helped a lot of people in the short time you've been here and this is their thanks

James - (walks over to Eve and passes her a small box with a ribbon on it) And this is my thanks

Eve takes off the ribbon and opens the box. She gasps and takes out a gold necklace with a small crystal jewel

Eve - It beautiful James thank you.

Eve puts on the necklace and Alex puts her arm around Eve's shoulder.

Alex - And of course you can't forget Craig's and my present

A band appears on the stage and music starts playing. James picks up Eve and carries her down to the lower level where everyone is dancing. Jeff leans over to Craig

Jeff – She’s doing something special, important.

Craig – Yeah

Jeff - And sometimes out side the law . . .I don’t know how much longer I can help you even though I know it’s something big.
