I bless you, My faithful children
Reading: Matthew 23:1-36
Dear friends,
For God so loved the world that He gave His only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him might not perish, but might have eternal life. (John 3:16)
Today I will go to the Manor to visit my mother and to celebrate Holy Mass with the Catholic residents. I still have many e-mail messages that I have not read yet, but I hope in a few days I will be able to go through them all. I also get many phone calls these days.
My morning prayer was spent with God the Father. He said, Melvin, My son, I love you and I love all My sons and daughters whom I have created throughout the world. My providence overshadows all of you and I take care of all of you. I want a strong personal relationship with you all.
There are many sons and daughters of Mine who have rejected Me and they follow their misguided ways which lead them to sin. Sin and especially mortal sin is a grievous offense against Me and the punishment for such sins is death. I call on all those who wage war against Me to repent of their sins and to return to Me, their Father. I am always ready to welcome them back now that My Son Jesus has offered His supreme sacrifice on the cross for their salvation. How can I welcome them back if they do not repent of their horrible sins? They are full of pride and have no regard for their Father who created them and gives them everything they need. I have lifted My protection over such people and I call them to repentance before it is too late.
My dear sons and daughters, I call you all to pray for the conversion of such people who are sowing havoc in the world and are attracting many more to follow them. Pray that they might change their ways and live as true children of their Father. Something has to be done to bring an end to such defiance. Many cities are dens of such debauchery and need to be cleaned. Pray for a change of life in them.
I bless you, My faithful children, who love Me and remain close to Me. I will always protect you and care for you. I love you all.?

Dec 18 - YOU ARE LIKE FLOWERS
On this Advent day in 1986, Our lady spoke of "prayer and flowers":
Dear children, today I call you again to prayer. When you pray, you are so much more beautiful. You are like flowers which , after the snows, are bursting with beauty in their indescribable colors. In the same way, dear children, after prayer, be beautiful before God to please him.
Therefore, dear children, pray and open your life to the Lord, so that he may make of you a beautiful and harmonious flower for paradise (Weekly Message Dec 18, 1986).
And from the Song of Solomon:
The flowers appear on the earth; the time of singing has come, and the voice of the turtledove is heard in our land. The fig tree puts forth its figs, and the vines are in blossom; they give forth fragrance Song of Solomon 2:12-13
Reflection:
In her beautiful message today, the Queen of Peace draws us gently to prayer and to an inner openness to God. This openness invites the Lord to enter and transform our hearts into luminous Reflections of his own.
St. Ignatius of Loyola once wrote that, "If you prepare within your heart a fitting dwelling place, Christ will come to you and console you. His glory and beauty are within you, and he delights in dwelling there."
The one essential for preparing our hearts is quiet both within and without. Francois Fenelon, a 16th century French theologian, writes, "How can you expect God to Speak in that gentle and inward voice which melts the soul, when you are making so much noise with your rapid Reflections? Be silent, and God will speak again."
May we pray with such love this Advent that the Lord may make of us those "Harmonious and beautiful flowers for paradise."

March 25, 1936. In the morning, during meditation, God's presence enveloped me in a special way, as I saw the immeasurable greatness of God and, at the same time, His condescension to His creatures. Then I saw the Mother of God, who said to me, Oh, how pleasing to God is the soul that follows faithfully the inspirations of His grace! I gave the Savior to the world; as for you, you have to speak to the world about His great mercy and prepare the world for the Second Coming of Him who will come, not as a merciful Savior, but as a just Judge. Oh, how terrible is that day! Determined is the day of justice, the day of divine wrath. The Angels tremble before it. Speak to souls about this great mercy while it is still the time for [granting] mercy. If you keep silent now, you will be answering for a great number of souls on that terrible day. Fear nothing. Be faithful to the end. I sympathize with you. (635)

Dec 19 - A FLOWER BY THE CRIB
The Blessed Mother speaks of the family and dedication to Christ:
Dear children, today I would like you to do something concrete for Jesus Christ. As a sign of dedication to the Lord, I want each family member to bring a flower to him before Christmas. I wish every member of the family to have a flower by the crib of Jesus so that when he comes he will see your dedication to him! (Weekly Message Dec 20,1984)
In the end we are all one family for we have the same Father:
For this reason I bow my knees before the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth takes its name (Eph 3:14-15).
Reflection:
Our Lady often speaks of the family in her messages at Medjugorje. She stresses that it is the cradle of faith and prayer, where we first learn to love. Dietrich Bonhoeffer, a German clergyman who was imprisoned by the Nazis for his beliefs, wrote:
Most people have forgotten nowadays what a home can mean, though some of us have come to realize it as never before. It is a kingdom of its own in the midst of the world, a haven of refuge amid the turmoil of our age, nay more, a sanctuary.
It is not founded on the shifting sands of private and public life, but has its peace in God. For it is God who gave it its special meaning and dignity, its nature and privilege, its destiny and worth.
Let us pray, as Our Lady asks, that our families be bright flowers of love as we prepare to celebrate the birth of the Messiah.
Application:
At Christmas, as a family, plan to bring a flower or poinsettia to Mass and place it at the crib or nativity scene "as a sign of dedication to Jesus."

-and now I see The Holy Spirit as a ‘DOVE’ on the-wall … and It’s coming from –the-wall- and is going around the room, and It’s going “Over” everyone’s head …
-and also over the heads everyone who is listening in on the radio-internet.

-and now on the wall … I see St.Padre Pio and he’s holding the Eucharist out towards the prayer group and they’re coming from his hand … one at a time … towards everyone in the prayer group ...
-everyone is receiving Spiritual Communion from St Padre Pio this evening including everyone on the radio-internet …
