May 9 - DO NOT SLANDER
The Gospa asks us today to guard our tongues:
Understand that the church is God's palace, the place in which I gather you and wish to show you the way to God. Come and pray! Do not stare at others or slanders them, but rather, let your life be a testimony to the way of holiness (Monthly Message April 25, 1988).
St. James also warns us of slander:
Do not speak evil against one another, brothers and sisters. Whoever speaks evil against another or judges another, speaks evil against the law and judges the law; you are not a doer of the law but a judge. There is one lawgiver and one judge who is able to save and to destroy. So who, then, are you to judge your neighbor? (Jas 4:11-12)
Reflection:
House wreckers in Alexzndria, Louisiana, found out too late that they were tearing down the wrong house. The men had removed half the roof, all of the front porch, and most of the upstairs of the two-story frame building when the owner happened to drive by.
He rushed in and halted the workmen. The foreman checked with headquarters and found that an embarrassing mistake had been made. He and his fellow workers should have been tearing down a house two blocks away!
In our speech, we have a tendency to be too hasty in destructive way before getting the full facts. There is an old English proverb that, "A fool's tongue is always long enough to cut his own throat." Thus Our Lady calls us in our speed to seek every opportunity to "build," rather than "tear down"--to highlight what is good in others, not what is bad.
Application:
Today, reflect on the words of Jesus: "The good person brings good out of the treasure of his heart; the evil person brings evil things out of the evil stored in his heart. For it is out of the store of the heart that the mouth speaks" (Lk 6:45)

Soon the one who will claim he is greater than I AM will appear on the world scene. Much of the world will embrace the impostor. They have been waiting for him.
Two thousand years ago I AM came to bring LIFE to humanity. Most of humanity has refused this gift.
Instead they have continued to embrace their false gods. The one who will claim to be their god, the one they are waiting for, will appear.
He will use all forms of deception to convince the world that he is the "christ" the anointed one. One who is greater than I AM. Most of the world's humanity will embrace him.
They have prepared his royal coat (false religions).
They have prepared his crown (the sins of the world).
They have prepared his throne (the apostasy in the Catholic Church). All is now ready for the appearance of the one in REVELATIONS. The beast. The anti-christ.
His appearance has been longed delayed but now the world is ready for him. MOST will accept him (accept his number 666).
BEWARE MANKIND his appearance is near. His deception will be great. All who have rejected ME, the ALPHA and the OMEGA, will run into his arms.The chaos that will soon overtake the world will be a sure sign for MY followers that indeed his appointed time is near. Now is the time to make your CHOICE. Accept ME the one and only SAVIOR of the world and assure that HEAVEN will be your destiny. Or accept the anti-christ as your savior and join him in HELL as your final destiny.

The Lord Jesus began appearing to me while I lay dying of cancer in Roswell NM in Nov 1993. He usually appears in an intense white light while I am praying, I am unable to speak I can only listen. The Lords words were usually encouragement and guidance for me, but in January 2003 that changed. Herein follows the words of our Savior and King, Jesus to the nation and the church.

3-1-08 The Lord awakened me at 2:30 A.M. with this word:
" Did I not say, I would take away what this nation USA holds dear?
It is not only this nation, all surrounding nations will be touched.
You hard-necked people have put trust in human means and now it is failing you.
Your means no longer work! This is the start.
I have spoken." .
3-8-08 FIREBALLS
For almost two years I have had numerous visions of fireballs falling in various parts of the nation. Until now the Lord never revealed their signifigance.
"The fireballs are coming from other nations. They will hit the USA, Canada, and England.
You see I judge all nations. I use those who work for the enemy to bring about MY judgment.
I do as I please. Am I still not the God of love and justice?" .
3-10-08 A WARNING FOR THIS NATION
The Lord spoke to me and gave me these verses for this nation (USA) and its people.
Jer 5:8 They were like well-fed lusty stallions; Every one neighed after his neighbor's wife.
Jer 5:9 Shall I not punish them for these things?" says the Lord."And shall I not avenge Myself on such a nation as this?
Jer 5:12 They have lied about the Lord, And said, "It is not He. Neither will evil come upon us, Nor shall we see sword or famine.
Jer 5:13 And the prophets become wind, For the word is not in them. Thus shall it be done to them."
Jer 5:15 Behold, I will bring a nation against you from afar, O house of Israel," says the Lord."It is a mighty nation, It is an ancient nation, A nation whose language you do not know, Nor can you understand what they say.
Jer 5:17 And they shall eat up your harvest and your bread, Which your sons and daughters should eat. They shall eat up your flocks and your herds; They shall eat up your vines and your fig trees; They shall destroy your fortified cities, In which you trust, with the sword.
Jer 5:27 As a cage is full of birds, So their houses are full of deceit. Therefore they have become great and grown rich.
Jer 5:28 They have grown fat, they are sleek; Yes, they surpass the deeds of the wicked; They do not plead the cause, The cause of the fatherless; Yet they prosper, And the right of the needy they do not defend.
Jer 5:29 Shall I not punish them for these things?' says the Lord.'Shall I not avenge Myself on such a nation as this?'
Then HE spoke:"I bring a nation whose language you do not understand. You have become a fat and lazy nation. There is no fear of ME! Large cities are no place of refuge." .

I AM setting up two nations, who are plotting war against USA.
The two nations which I have set up are China and Russia.

Life as you know it is almost over.
What MY saints are to do is to keep their eyes on ME and not the world.
I put everything on earth and Lo, I have blessed many, but they horde blessings and do not share MY blessings.
So many take their eyes off ME. Life will not go on as you all know.
I will not and can not let the sin and unrighteousness continue.
It is rampant here and in other nations.
But, you see I have given much to the nation USA and much is required.
But, Lo you have neglected the requiring part of the word of MINE.

Medjugorje Day By Day May 08 - Prayer leads to happiness
St. Clare of Assisi, Foundress of Poor Clare Nuns, Italy (1193-1253), Feast, Aug. 11
St. Clare "holding the monstrance with the Blessed Sacrament in sight of the enemies [Saracen soldiers] . . . prostrated herself before the Eucharistic God. Her prayer was heard, and the enemies, struck with a sudden panic, fled in terror" (Hoever).
St. Francis Xavier often spent whole hours during the day and into the night before Jesus in the Most Blessed Sacrament, Who gave him the grace and the strength to lead so many souls to Christ. His devotion to Our Eucharistic Lord was so great that Fr. Stefano Manelli, O.F.M. writes: "What shall we say of St. Francis Xavier who at times when distributing Holy Communion felt so carried away by a sense of adoration toward Our Lord Who was in his hands, that he got on his knees and in that position continued giving Holy Communion? Did that not present a witness of faith and love worthy of heaven?"

Fourth, do not fear either struggles of the soul or any temptations, because I am supporting you; if only you are willing to fight, know that the victory is always on your side. May 8 - PRAYER LEADS TO HAPPINESS
During a locution in 1984, Our Lady said the following to Jelena:
"When you pray, pray with a purpose. Prayer is a conversation with God. To pray means to listen to the Lord; after all things become clear. Prayer leads to happiness (Locution Jelena & Marijana April 20, 1984).
The psalmist praises God for hearing his prayers:
I sought the Lord, and he answered me, And delivered me from all my fears. Look to him, and be radiant; So your faces May never be ashamed. Psalm 34:4-5
Reflection:
There are times when prayer comes with special grace and peace, "when rapture floods the soul with pure delight." As the poet writes:
There comes a time when we must briefly pause, And drink with quiet tranquil grace, Sheer beauty blessed with subtle cause, Within breathes the essence of God's lingering creation, When rapture floods the soul with pure delight, Then nature's worth reflects a flowing revelation, As the blooming spirit gathers deep insight. So let us welcome every sparkling stream, Or touch a rose of feel the comfort of the sun, Content to wander through life's passing dream, To greet shared joy, love's gift lofty mountain, Where flows the grace of God's eternal fountain.
