Dear friends and family,
 

I extend the Baptism of Truth to you with all of my heart and love. Please accept it. Let me expain:
 

Sept 14-16, 09 I went on a pilgrimage to Holy Love, Maranantha Springs in Elyria Ohio. I have been there many times before. (www.holylove.org) It is an Ecumenical apparition site where Our Lady appears to a visionary as well as Jesus and some of the saints.
 

During the apparition, Our Lady invited those present to accept the Baptism of Truth, which I did as I was present on the United Hearts Field at the time. An angel was given to those who accepted this Baptism of Truth to guard the Truth in their hearts. Therefore, I believe I received one.
 

The other day , I received messages from Holy Love regarding the Baptism of Truth via their website. There are two messages for September 18, 2009. (www.holylove.org). In the first message, Our Lady says, "Those who were here present can now extend this Baptism of Truth to others simply by desiring to do so in their own heart. It can be multiplied and proliferated by all who recieve it." .......
 

The second message is from Jesus, He says , " ....I want to help you understand that the Baptism of Truth which you received in the field of the United Hearts on the Feast of My Mother's Sorrows, can change the heart of the world if proliferated with zeal. Do so then with Holy Love in your hearts."....
So my dear friends and family, I , with love in my heart and all the zeal within me extend this Baptism of Truth to you. Please accept it and pass it on to those you know and love and ask them to do the same. Together, with Jesus and Mary, let us all change the heart of the world! AMEN!

Blessed Mother says: "Praise be to Jesus."
 

"In this country, truth has become so compromised that people do not know truth from fiction. That is why I extended to everyone the Baptism of Truth on My Feast of Sorrows. Those who were here present* can now extend this Baptism of Truth to others by simply desiring to do so in their own heart. It can be multiplied and proliferated by all who receive it. The angels given to My children in the Field of the United Hearts on the night of the apparition will not be multiplied with each Baptism of Truth, but will continually guard the truth in the hearts of those who had received angels at the apparition that night."

* Blessed Mother is referring to those pilgrims present in the United Hearts Field at the time of Her apparition.  

METAPHYSICAL PROPOSAL ON THE MODE OF USING HAWTHORN

As given by our BLESSED MOTHER MARYAM, August 5, 1880:
"There will be a grave illness which human science will not be able to
alleviate. This illness will attack firstly the heart, then the spirit, and at
the same time, the tongue. It will be horrible.

The heat accompanying it will be a devouring fire insupportable and so intense that the members of the body affected will be red -- an unendurable fiery red. At the end of seven days this
disease, sown like a seed in the field (incubation period) will spread
everywhere rapidly and make great progress."

"My children, here is the ONLY remedy which could save you. You are familiar with the Hawthorn which grows practically in all hedges.

The leaves of the Hawthorn, not the wood, can arrest the progress of this disease."

"You will gather the leaves, not the wood. Even dry, they will keep their efficacy.

You will put them into boiling water and leave them there for 14 minutes, covering the receptacle so that the steam remains therein.

At the onset of this disease, one must use this remedy three times a day."

"This disease will produce a continual vomiting and nausea. If the remedy is taken too late, the part of the body affected will become black and in the black there will be seen a sort of pale, yellow streak."

Daily Consecration to the Eternal Father
 For the greater glory of God and for the salvation of all, I consecrate myself to You, O' Eternal Father, as one of Your faithful remnant. Behold, I come to do Your Will. With the help of Your Grace, I will keep Your Commandments. I will love and reverence You with all my heart, soul, mind and strength. I will love my neighbor as You love me.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, Protectress of Africa, you have given to the world the true Light, Jesus Christ. Through your obedience to the Father and the grace of the Holy Spirit, you have given us the source of our reconciliation and our justice, Jesus Christ, our peace and our joy.

Mother of Tenderness and Wisdom, show us Jesus, your Son and the Son of God. Guide our path of conversion, so that Jesus might shine his glory on us in every aspect of our personal, familial and social lives.

Mother, full of Mercy and Justice, through your docility to the Spirit, the Counselor, obtain for us the grace to be witnesses of the Risen Lord, so that we will increasingly become the salt of the earth and the light of the world.

Oct 30 - I WANT TO SUPPORT YOU

In a supportive message to Jelena, Our Lady said :

I see that you are tired. I want to support you in all your efforts, to take you in my arms so that you may be close to me. To all those who wish to ask me questions, I will answer : there is only one response prayer, strong faith, intense prayer and fasting. (Locutionist Jelena & Mirijana October 28, 1983).

And in the gospel, Christ also promises rest :

Come to me, all of you who are weary and heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me; for I am gentle and humble of heart. Your souls will find rest, for my yoke is easy and my burden is light (Mt 11 :28-30).

Refection :

One of the joys of Christianity is that Christ not only offers us his strength when we are weary, but also his rest and peace when we are tired. But our attitude plays an important part in this, as the following story illustrates.

A company of pilgrims were on a road, all carrying a burden of some sort. Yet they bore them cheerfully, thinking more of the purpose of their journey than of its hardships, as they went along together singing. An angel joined the little band, and passing from one to the other, threw into each of the burdens a couple of little white seeds.

Soon the seeds began to sprout, until they became a pair of glorious wings which carried each traveler, burden and all, along the dusty road. Later on, a similar party was travelling on the same road, with downcast faces, and greatly complaining of the heavy burdens they carried. The angel passed again but left them with no gift of wings. " Why did you not give them wings? " he was asked. " They look so downcast and gloomy, surely they need them more than the others. " " I have only the seeds, " replied

the angel, " and the seeds will not grow unless they have the right soil. They will flourish only in cheerfulness and helpfulness, but will perish at once in that atmosphere of grumbling. "

Application:

When next you feel weary and exhausted, ask the Lord with confidence and joy for his rest and peace. Let the words of Our Lady in today's message refresh you.

Medjugorje Day By Day Oct 29 - THANK YOU FOR OPENING YOUR HEARTS

despite the permanent effort to hide himself from the view of others,

because of his miraculous intercession in times of crisis pregnancy.

Our Lady speaks of her joy in hearts open to God :

Dear children, today I thank you for opening your hearts. I am overwhelmed with joy for every heart that opens to God, especially in the parish. Rejoice with me! Continue to say all the prayers for the opening of sinful hearts, for not only do I desire it, but it is God's wish as well. (Weekly Message April 18, 1985).

Listen! I am standing at the door, knocking; if you hear my voice and open the door, I will come in to you and eat with you, and you with me (Rev 3 :20).

Reflection:

There is a legend along the Rhine that on a dark and cold night a thinly clad, half-starved man was toiling along one of its rugged paths. He looked with wistful eyes at the bright light that shone from the windows of a great mansion, and listened to the sounds of feasting and joyful music.

He had left the home of his youth in early life, and heard nothing from there for many years. He knew not that the magnificent property was his father's, and that her was the heir. Desperate, he asked for shelter there. At the gate he found an old servant who discovered who he was. Instantly he was ushered into the gaiety. His robes were changed to those of the heir. He had discovered a heritage he did not know existed.

In the same way, one with a closed heart is unaware of all that belongs to him as a son of God. But once the heart is opened and the grace of God enlightens the soul, he discovers he is heir to the kingdom of God.

Application:

Today, pray for an ever greater openness to the Lord, and especially that sinful hearts may open to God's grace, as Our Lady asks of us.

Oct 28 - I GIVE YOU STRENGTH

In this message to the prayer group, the Blessed Virgin speaks of giving strength :

Dear children, your Mother loves you all. I'm happy to see you here, dear children. I give you love and ask you to give this love to others. Be peacemakers and help others to change their lives.

I give you strength, dear children. With this strength, you can bear anything. May this strength, you can bear anything. May this strength make you strong in all things. Because you need it, I give you strength (Visionary June 27, 1988),

The prophet Isaiah also promises strength to God's people :

He gives power to the faint, and strengthens the powerless. Even youths will faint and be weary, and the young will fall exhausted; but those who wait for the Lord will renew their strength, They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint. --Isaiah 40 :29-31

Reflection:

Cardinal John Henry Newman (1801-1890) was one of the great pastors and scholars of the Catholic church in England. His writings included this prayer for strength :

May the Lord strengthen us all the day long. Till the shades lengthen and the evening comes, And the busy world is hushed and the fever of life is over, And our work is done. Then in his mercy may he give us A safe lodging, A holy rest, And peace at the last. Amen.

One of the blessings of our faith is that we need not rely solely on our own strength, for we have an inexhaustible reservoir in God himself. Further, as Our Lady says today, we are urged to draw from this reservoir whenever we are in need.

Today's Tidbit "Lex orandi, lex credendi" is a form of the axiom of Pope St. Celestine I: "Legem credendi statuit lex orandi." This is often translated "The rule of prayer determines the rule of faith." This is an idea used to help explain the interaction between liturgy, and doctrine. This idea uses liturgy and prayers as tools to help understand, explain and pass on the important doctrines of the Church. An obvious example of this the Creed we pray at Mass. The Creed states what we believe, it can be taught easily to others, and it can help us understand our Faith.

OCTOBER 27 - GROW IN YOUR WORK FOR THE CHURCH

In this weekly message, Our Lady issues a special call

Dear children, today I wish to call you to work within the church. I love each of you equally and desire that you do this work as much as possible. I know that you can, dear children, but you feel small and inadequate in these things. You need to be courageous and, like little flowers, grow in your work for the church and for Jesus. This will be good for everyone. (Weekly Message October 31, 1985).

In 1 Corinthians, Paul also calls the people to ministry :

Now, brothers and sisters, you know that members of the household of Stephanas were the first converts in Achaia, and they have devoted themselves to the service of the saints; I urge you to put yourselves at the service of such people, and of everyone who works and toils with them (1 Cor 16 :15-16).

Reflection:

At our confirmation, we were commissioned to assume an active role in the church as adult Christians. Today St. Paul and Our Lady remind us of that role, asking that we translate it into concrete action.

An illustration :

In the 1930's a young traveler was exploring the French Alps when he came upon a vast stretch of barren, desolate land. In the middle of this vast wasteland was a stooped old man with a sack of acorns on his back and a four-foot-long iron pipe in his hand.

The man was using the iron pipe to punch holes in the ground. Then from the sack he would take an acorn and put it in the hole. The old man told the traveler, " I've planted over 100,000 acorns. Maybe only a tenth of them will grow. " The old man's wife and son had died, and this was how he spent his final years.

Twenty-five years later the traveler returned to the same desolate spot. What he saw amazed him the land was covered with a beautiful forest two miles wide and five miles long. Birds were singing, animals were playing, and wildflowers perfumed the air, all because someone cared.

The Blessed Virgin calls us to action as well, to do our part to spread God's kingdom on earth. We may not be able to change the whole world, but we can change part of it, just as the old man did. Today St. Paul and Our Lady remind us of that role, asking that we translate it into concrete action. We received our sack of acorns and our iron pipe when we were confirmed. Now it's up to us to do something with them.

Messages to Fr. Doucette - August 22, 2009 - Here is the message of Our Blessed Mother. She spoke to him in these words,I bless you, My son, on this Feast of Mine. Today you celebrate the Queenship of your Blessed Mother. After My Assumption into heaven, the Father crowned me as Queen of heaven and earth. My Son Jesus is the King and I am the Queen. I am working together with Him to help you all to reach heaven one day.

The Holy Spirit has been poured upon all those who believe in My Son Jesus. All who receive the Spirit receive different spiritual gifts and different services. Some are given the gift of wisdom, others knowledge according to the same Spirit. Others receive faith, or the gift of healing or others prophecy, the discernment of spirits, others the gift of tongues or the interpretation of tongues. Open your heart to the Spirit and receive these wonderful gifts that come from Him. Use the gifts the Holy Spirit gives you for the glory of God and for the growth of the Church of My Son.

I am praying for you that you will be full of the Holy Spirit and be completely renewed by the same Spirit. Be humble and ask for His help every day. Be an example of a person completely united with the Father and Jesus, My Son, through the power of the Holy Spirit. I call you all to pray your Rosary every day.

August 29, 2009 - Below is the message of Our Blessed Mother. She spoke to him these words,

I bless you, Joseph Melvin, My son. I wish to send a word to all My sons and daughters spread throughout the world. As you know I stood at the foot of the cross of My Son Jesus as He was dying in horrible suffering. I offered My sorrow together with His to the Father for the salvation of all of you. It was there on the cross just before He died that He spoke to Me.

As John the Apostle stood for all of you, Jesus said these words, Woman, behold, your son, and to John He said, Behold, your mother. By these words I became your Mother. So if you accept Jesus as Your Savior and Lord, I am truly your Mother who prays for you and appears in many parts of the world to call you to follow Jesus, My Son.

As your Mother, I love you all with all My Heart. I want the salvation of all of you and what sorrow it would bring Me if anyone of you should be lost. Come, My dear children, and listen to your Mother. I call you to renew yourselves in body and spirit through the graces won for you by your Savior’s death on the cross. Be fervent in your spiritual life and pray with all your heart. Do not follow the ways of the world for it will lead you away from Jesus. Always be a friend of Jesus and your Mother. I bless you.

August 30, 2009 - The message of Our Lord and Savior. Jesus spoke to him in these words,

Every person on earth lives there for only a time and after his or her time is over, the person will go to the other world. Every person has an immortal soul and therefore will never die. Today many people think that life ends at death but the truth is that life continues after death.

At death life changes, you no longer live in the world but you go to one of the three places: heaven, purgatory or hell. If you have followed Me in your lifetime on earth, I will bring you to heaven with Me. If you did not repent sufficiently and did not make amends for your sins but you were sorry for all your sins, you will go to purgatory to be purified before you go to heaven.

If you rejected Me during your life on earth and did not repent of your sins and come back to Me before you died, you will go to hell. I give you all the graces you need to follow Me in the world and to be united with Me forever in heaven for all eternity. At the end of time I will return for the Last Judgment and there will be the resurrection of all the dead. I rose from the dead and I am the first person to do so. Yours will come later. Prepare yourselves daily by cooperating with all the graces I give you. Come follow Me.

September 1, 2009 - The message of Our Lord and Savior. Jesus spoke to him these words, At the general resurrection, which will take place at the end of the world when I return for the Last Judgment, all mortals will put on immortality. Their mortal bodies will become immortal and they will leave the earth with their immortal souls and their immortal bodies.

The soul was created immortal but the body was not. It is only at the end when all the dead will come back to life that they will have immortal bodies. If one goes to heaven, then that person will be there for all eternity. If one should be sent to hell, that person will be there for all eternity.

Pray, My friends, that you will persevere till the end so that you will be able to come with Me to enjoy heavenly joy forever. You are only in this world for a short time, so if you suffer, suffer everything with Me and offer your suffering to the Father together with mine. In this way you will be saved and you will bring many others who will follow you to heaven because you would have won for them many graces. I am calling you home.

September 2, 2009 - The message given by Our Lord and God. Jesus spoke to him these words, Every person has his or her share of suffering. Some do suffer more than others. Because suffering is part of every person’s life, that is why I chose suffering as the means to bring about your salvation. When you suffer, remember that you are very close to Me and I am giving you strength in all your afflictions.

You know how I suffered during My life. Even as an infant, the King wanted to kill Me and My parents had to flee to Egypt to save Me from his hands. In My public life, I suffered very much. I often had to sleep outside and often I went to bed hungry. I was falsely accused by the religious leaders many times. At the end I was arrested, beaten severely, crowned with thorns and condemned to death. I had to carry My cross to Golgotha where I was nailed to the cross and died in horrible pain.

I suffered all this for you so that through My sacrifice you would be redeemed from sin and that the gates of heaven would be opened for you. In all your afflictions, stay close to Me, your suffering Savior. With My grace you will overcome every affliction and win the crown of glory.

September 3, 2009 - The message of Our Lord and God. Jesus spoke to him these words, I told the Apostles and it is written in the Gospel that I am the light, the way and the truth. When I was born in Bethlehem, the whole world was in darkness living under the sway of the evil one. I came to bring light to your minds and hearts and to establish My Kingdom among you.

After teaching the Apostles for three years and commissioning them to go to the whole world and preach the Gospel, the light began to spread from Israel to the Middle East and to Europe and even to Asia. The Apostles worked hard going from place to place announcing the Good News. Many came to believe and enter My Church and become part of the Kingdom of God. Today the Gospel has reached every country of the world and many believe but there are also many who have rejected Me. The great work of preaching the Gospel must go forward because I want the salvation of every people. Pray, My friends, and do your part to spread the word.

September 4, 2009 - Message from Our Lord and Savior. Jesus spoke to him these words, It is a fact that all My Apostles carried in their bodies My death so that My life may also be seen in their bodies. This death is shown by all they suffered at the hands of pagans and Jews. They were often beaten, thrown into prison, went to bed hungry and were condemned to death.

All of them except the Apostle John were martyrs, killed because of their faith in Me. Through all this suffering they manifested in their bodies My suffering life in this world. Yet they were being prepared by the graces I won for them for the glory of heaven. They grew in holiness during those years they traveled proclaiming the Good News of salvation. Many people accepted their word and believed in Me.

My dear friends, I call you too to accept any suffering that comes your way and unite your suffering with mine and offer all this suffering to the Father for the salvation of the people of the world. It is through suffering that you grow in holiness and you see that the pleasures of this world are worth nothing. Live with Me the true life and be saved.

September 5, 2009 - Message from Our Blessed Mother. Our Lady spoke to him in these words, There is a time to be born in the world and a time to leave the world and if you have followed My Son Jesus, you will enter heaven. You know that you are in the world only for a time but when you get to heaven it will be for eternity. Work hard and pray, My children, so that you will find the door of heaven opened when your time will come.

If you are a friend of Jesus, I will be there when the time comes to bring you home to eternal bliss. Be children of faith who follow Jesus every day. Avoid sin at all cost and continue your good deeds every day. I am praying for you because I want you with Me in heaven one day. I do not want any of My children lost so join Me in praying for the salvation of every person.

Fast at times to control your bodily appetites and drives. I love you, My sons and daughters, and I send you all the graces won by My Son Jesus that you need. Cooperate with these graces and you will be filled with love and peace.

September 6, 2009 - Message of Our Lord and Savior. Jesus spoke to him these words: It was on Good Friday that I died on the cross to reconcile you with the Father. I paid the price for your sins so that sin could be wiped out and you could become once more the beloved of the Father.

It is the priests who carry out the ministry of reconciliation through the sacrament of confession. If you are sorry for your sins, they are all absolved and never to be remembered. Go and receive this sacrament of My love about once a month and it will bring you much peace in your heart.

At this time the world is in great darkness because of sin. So many people are living in sin and they do not even see that what they are doing offends the Father. To make it worst, the evil one has managed to make sin appear as virtue and one example of this is to pretend that sexual acts outside of marriage are not sins. It is time for all to wake up and learn from Me how to live a virtuous life. I call you all to holiness.

September 7, 2009 - Message of Our Lord and Savior. Jesus spoke to him in these words, I am the One who calls those that I have chosen for the priesthood and the religious life. They have to listen to Me at the center of their hearts and they will hear My words. I am the one who called St. Paul to be an Apostle.

He worked very hard and suffered much like the other Apostles but all this hardship never stopped him in his ministry. He always remained close to Me and he was always ready to give his life for Me. He was a holy man who left everything to follow Me. At the end he died a martyr’s death. Now he is with Me in heaven.

You are all called for a special ministry in My Church. Not all are called to be priests but some are called to be deacons, or to help the poor, the sick and the elderly. Many are called to teach religion. Open your heart completely and listen to My call.

September 8, 2009 - The message of Our Blessed Mother given to me for this Feast Day. Our Lady began with these words, I bless you My son, on this day that the Church celebrates My Birthday and this day is also My Feast as the Lady of Prince Edward Island. I came to visit you for the first time, on the 14th of December 2000.

I have come to visit you every year since then and there has been development along the way. You now have My little shrine, which I love very much, and you have 15 acres of land, which is all you need for the other buildings that will be built in time.

I come today with a message for Canada and for the world. Many people are leaving the Church of My Son in many parts of the world especially in North America and Europe. They stop praying and going to Church and they become either atheists or members of different sects. They are bringing darkness upon their countries and upon themselves. Many Governments are at war with God by abolishing the Commandments given by God the Father, Himself.

What is worst is that the Catholics are not reacting to these horrible sins. It is time for all Christians to wake up and defend the truth of Christianity. Are you so weak in your faith that you do not defend the truths given to you by Jesus, My Son? Many Christians simply follow the decisions of non-Christians.

You know that I am the Mother of Life and the gift of life is the most precious you have received. Do not allow anyone to kill the unborn or the elderly. Get your government to follow the path of the Government of Prince Edward Island that has not legalized abortion. If you love Me, My children, you will be for life. Defend life at all stages. I bless you all.

September 9, 2009 - Message of Our Lord and Savior. Jesus spoke to him in these words, It is with My grace that you can be cleansed from all your sins. I have provided for you the sacrament of mercy called the Sacrament of Reconciliation by which the priest absolves you in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Through this sacrament you become holy in the eyes of your Lord. I do not want to condemn you but to show My mercy and to save you but you have to do your part. You have to confess your sins and be sorry for them all. Then I will absolve them all and you will be filled with My life.

My dear friends, I only act with a heart full of love towards you who have faith in Me. I know you are weak and you often fall into sin but I am there to help you get up and to heal your soul. Alone you cannot rise from that pit but with My help you can come out and be free again.

I want you to be free to love Me, your Savior, to love all those you meet and to appreciate all that the Father has given you. The beauty of nature is a gift of Our Father who created you. I also give peace to all My friends. It is a peace that the world cannot give as it comes only from Me. Receive this peace that I am giving you today and live today and every day in that peace. Peace be with you.

Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to you. 3 times.
