In our past two laboratories in Introduction to Environmental Engineering, we have studied various aspects of the hydrology of the Bushkill Stream. First, we spent time in the laboratory, analyzing samples taken from two locations along the Bushkill. The following week, we went out in the field, to several different locations along the creek and tested the water ourselves.
The following pages present our laboratories: the purpose and theory behind them, procedures we used, our calculations, results, and any conclusions we drew from the data. Enjoy.
