1) Due to irresponsible and inactive members
in the past, I have decided to make a new way to recruit new people. All
the Council members will have a great responsibility. When there is a
potential new member in one of our meeting, I (HybridShadow) will assign
him or her to a Admiral. As the Admiral, you must take their card (it's
preferable that you don't give yours), and somewhat evaluate that person
for 2 or 3 days. During this time period you must see if they are worthy
to join the ranks of the Dark Armada. You
will report to me, and tell me whether the person can or cannot join. Your
decision will not be overruled by me. I
hope that you, the Admirals, are responsible and mature enough to handle
this task.
