This represents the neck of Your Guitar starting from the Low "E"
String at the bottom to the high "E" string at the top.

This means you first play the Low "E" string at the 5th fret
Then you change over to the "A" string, 7th fret


The Symbols:

B, 17(18) or / means bend the string up 
R, 18(17) or \ means release the bend
S or 4/5       means slide up
S or 5\4       means slide down
HO or H        means Hammer on
PO or P        means Pull off
/\/\/\         means Vibrato or Tremolo 
xxx            means mute the Notes with your picking hand palm (usually your right hand,
               unless you are left handed playing a left handed guitar, in which case this
               will be your left hand.)
