Anime: Spent twenty years training to kill Vash. Vash let him live, but is later found nailed to a water tank by the E.G. Mine. Manga: See Anime. Dominique the Cyclops
Anime: Only female Gung-ho Gun. She seems to have lightning speed but actually hypnotizes her opponent with her mutant eye. Her corpse was strung next to Monev's after Midvalley gets to her. Manga: Her eye is simply reptilian. She commits suicide rather than face Legato. E.G. Mine
Anime: Man in a ball of spikes. Is killed by Rai-Dei the Blade. Manga: See above. Rai-Dei the Blade
Anime: Japanese-style swordsman. He instead fight with a sword that is actually a gun. He survives the Fifth-moon incident, but is shot by Wolfwood. Manga: Gets shot by Wolfwood in a fight with Vash. Hopperd the Ganlet
Anime: A human bullet. Manga: The woman he loves was killed in July, thus heeds revenge for Vash. Elendira the Crimsonnail

Anime: A man who makes puppet who can de/reconstruct on command. Eventually killed by Wolfwood. Manga: In his childhood, was a friend of Vash's. He carries around a coffin containing the woman he loved.
