History
has dutifully locked hypnosis in a box whose label reads,
"Danger - unlock hidden powers at your own risk; may contain mystical
ideas and open your mind to the unknown; evil thoughts may try and possess you."
Hidden powers - mystical and unknown, potentially evil (or socially
unacceptable) thoughts - hypnosis lets them out. Are you scared? Are you scared
of your own thoughts, your own powers, your own hidden inner potential?
Hypnosis frees your mind and psyche from the inner critic, that part of you that
mimics the people in your past who told you what to do and what you can and
can't do. Actually, no one knows what the mind is truly capable of, other
than it's a lot more than what has ever been proven. The mind resists being made
to prove itself, but then miraculously demonstrates talents you didn't even know
you had in unexpected ways and unsupervised moments - such as, knowing something
before it happens or providing superhuman strength in emergencies. The trick is to set your mind free to do its stuff. That's what
hypnosis, good hypnosis, does. Hypnosis relaxes and/or distracts your conscious,
critical mind, (the socially programmed mind), and allows your inner child out
to play and experiment, or, if you'd rather, you can say, allows the inner
psyche, with your personal psychic powers, to perform what it is capable of
without that internal critic nagging away and draining your psychic juices.
These wonderful hypnosis meditations can let you begin a process of internal awareness, of self-realization and discovery that can truly transform your world. This doesn't mean that you don't have to do anything. These hypnosis experiences do not take away your personal power, they give you power and strengthen the powers you already possess. You have to want to realize your dreams and be wiling to put forth active effort. You must learn to allow your inner psyche to produce the changes that will, sometimes, even seem to threaten the order of your preexisting systems, the socially programmed ones with their fear and limitations written into your script. Now, through the use of these recordings, positive things are about to happen within the scope of your own real-time limitations.
Relaxing your fixed, preexisting mind set and allowing your real mind the freedom to flow, step by step, into your real world experience. It's like this: the theater of your mind holds the blueprint of your reality. You will experience the world according to the images you hold deeply in mind with conviction and acceptance. (1) You must be convinced to believe deeply and profoundly in what you want to bring forth into your reality, and, (2) you must accept the gifts your mind will offer you. Both of these principles hold some of the most difficult and most rewarding of life's tasks for you. Your entire present reality system is held in place by your strongly held beliefs. These emerge out of your earliest youth and were imprinted into your unconscious with automatic operating instructions. Accepting the reality of these preconscious operating patterns is a foregone conclusion - that is, until they are challenged and new instructions given in a way that can be accepted to override the old.
Offering you a way to do this, author Timothy Dean Cotten, has found a way around the old patterns to the new. Fresh and youthfully alive, part of you eagerly awaiting your new instructions and new blueprint to build your reality around. These hypnosis meditations offer you a way to re-write your scripts and implant these deeply into your unconscious operating systems. They offer you a way to accept your new life long enough for it to become habitual, to become real for you. The theater of your mind holds the blueprint of your reality and what you imagine there with conviction, backed by purpose and accepted as your own, will soon begin to show up in your waking, day by day world.
