Yoga is a great way for your body and spirit to be at peace. It both relaxes your muscles and relieves stress. Anyone, young or old, can do yoga. It is not simply putting your feet behind your head and chanting "ohm." There is so much more to it. I have given a few simple exercised that anyone can do anywhere, anytime in the link below.
