Eli Moon is one of the two reincarnations of Clow Reed. He is a transfer student from England. He has magical powers that are more powerful than Sakura and Li's. He has a very creepy sinister smile and facial expression. He causes things to go wrong so that Sakura can transform her Clow Cards to Sakura Star Cards. He is very nice to Sakura and that gets Li reaaaaallly mad. Li was going to go back to Hong Kong thinking that he was of no more help to Sakura, but when Eli showed up.. he decided to stay. (Super jealous hehe..) Eli has two guardians Ruby Moon and Spinner Sun.
