Yue is one of the Guardians of the Clow that Clow Reed created. He is able to transform after Sakura has all 52 Clow Cards. He passes the Final Judgement to whether Sakura is worthy of being the Card Mistress. That in which she is. He is very cold and harsh, but SOMETIMES he softens up for Sakura. He's very loyal to Eli Moon and Clow Reed. Like Ruby Moon, he isn't a specific gender either, but I'll gladly call him a he seeing that he looks like one.
