Zachary is ANOTHER one of Sakura's friends. He likes to tell stories that are ALL LIES. Everyone usually falls for them except for Chelsea. In the Japanese verion, Chelsea and Zachary have a thing for eachother, but in the US version, they're cousins. (That's stupid, why so much change???) Chelsea is the only one that can tell if Zachary is lying or not. Eli also knows about his lies so something he plays along with Zachary and adds more to Zachary's stories. Another strange thing is that Zachary always has his eyes closed...
