Application testing 1991-1992 AT&T Universal Card Services,
Participated on phase I and Phase II of the UWIN design and testing team (User Acceptance). This team took a half-completed application, and identified functionality required by production associates and assisted developers with the design of the application. Then performed Unit, String and Production testing of the product before delivering it to production in 1991. This was the primary program utilized by all production associates to handle customer data, account data and charge information for Credit, Risk Control, Customer Service, Claims, Fraud Investigators and Code 10 associates. After testing was completed in 1/92, we became trainers of the software to all production associates and acted as expert users on the production floor to support the software.
Gamma Tester: Mustang Software’s Wildcat 5 Net
Server, 1995-1996 software. The first software on the market to combine BBS functionality with Internet/Web management. For 12 months I ran a BBS using this software with 6 access lines and the ability to access the service through the web. Performed all set up, design and hardware configuration. Also managed the site, designed and coded HTML pages to be used on the BBS using HotMetal Pro, HotDog HTML, FrontPage 97, and numerous other products to design and improve system functionality. Managed the user databases, user security profiles, file download areas and multi-user gaming. Integrated a Kali Multiplayer Game Server with the Mustang 5 to allow users to play games such as doom and descent on my server.
Beta 0 Tester for Microsoft’s Asheron’s Call online Role Playing game. This completed testing in November 99 and is in wide release at this time.

Fraud Investigator 3/93 - 6/93 - AT&T Universal Card Services.
Performed the daily review, identification and tracking of suspected fraud on identified high risk accounts and high risk transactions. Investigated and identified the initial and subsequent fraud transactions, processed daily fraud report, and referred findings to Code 10 and other investigators for prosecution.
Credit Manager 1989-1990 - Norwest Consumer Financial Services, Jacksonville, Florida. Managed sales, credit and collection of new and existing accounts, set up and trained new vendors on credit processing, managed the cash desk. This position involved loan processing for consumer loans, 1st and 2nd mortgages, and dealer contracts. Performed loan closings and all documentation for all loans closed. Familiar with all processes
