Takehito got his start playing Francois on The Three Musketeers(anime version). When he was younger he was something of a juvenile delinquent, often skipping school to go to the movies. His trouble started when his father died at the age of 35; while Takehito was in 5th grade. Takehito decided he wanted to become a Voice Actor after seeing the Galaxy Express 999 movie.
