| CHARACTER
BACKGROUND Rael's fortunes have been very changeable. It has been rumoured that he is a pirate. He has formed and leads a group of protectors for Gwenned known as Rael's Rangers. When the king came to power he became the High Lord of Gwenned, but he resigned when the king started abusing his power and was declares an outlaw for a while. At the current time Rael appears to be politically inactive concentrating his time on his rangers. He is married to Lady Ruth Carthmoor. He has never been a full member of the Haven Group but has been known to travel with them at times. |
