Accommodations
The full width midship master stateroom has a queen sized walk-around berth with a Tempur-Pedic mattress, as well as spacious closets and cabinets (with space to accommodate a 20" TV) and ensuite head with Jacuzzi bathtub/shower. The two guest staterooms, located aft and downstairs from the main salon, have twin extra long beds with Duxiana mattresses and are fitted with maple cabinets, desks and bookshelves. The crew quarters, located forward and down a few steps from the galley, has one twin bed with a Serta pillowtop mattress plus two bunks. The crew quarters also has maple cabinet work, book shelves, and the Equator washer/dryer combo and Kenmore electric dryer are secured out of sight under the large twin bed by folding louvered doors. The guest staterooms and crew quarters all have ensuite heads with separate enclosed showers. All of the heads have granite counters and new fixtures. Galley: The galley is a few steps down and forward of the dining salon. It has large windows, handcrafted mahogany cabinets and drawers, granite counters, a fold-down butcher- block kitchen table with chairs, a halogen Jenn-Air 1997 stove with grill/griddle modules and rotisserie, with self-cleaning conventional/convection oven, a KitchenAid 1997 microwave, a KitchenAid dishwasher, a GE trash compactor, a side-by-side Traulsen refridgerator/freezer with ice maker, and an Insinkerator garbage disposal. Overhead locking, watertight Lewmar Plexiglas hatches provide light and air. There is also a day head next to the galley with additional storage space. Living Spaces and Decks: The large main salon features hand-crafted maple cabinets and desk, a 32" TV, a dual deck VCR, a Macintosh 7200 computer with monitor and keyboard, and a sound system with Bose surround sound also connected to Bose speakers in the master stateroom, dining salon, and fly bridge. The dining salon, forward and down a few steps from the pilothouse, has a pass-through to the galley, bookshelves, and storage for linens, dishes, etc. The starboard and port walls of both the main and dining salons are full of windows, for those who like to get a view without getting a sunburn. The huge fly bridge is perfect for entertaining, and there is also plenty of space and seating on the fore deck. The aft deck is smaller and shady--ideal for fishing or a morning cup of coffee. The exterior cushions were replaced in 1997 and the canvas coverings are all new.
