Sailor Wind is the leader of the Element Senshi, and my best friend! ;)
Wind (civilian name Jessica Fisher) is best suited for the job of being leader, because she is strong, faithful, and she never gives up. And most importantly, she has a good heart!
As you can see from her pictures (^_^) Sailor Wind's fuku consists of a white bodysuit, and a glittering white skirt with a light blue stripe along the bottom. Her ribbons are also white, with a single blue stripe (although Cammy-san did edit the pictures to have two stripes ^.^).
Wind's gloves and knee-high boots are white, with light blue armbands and edging, respectively.
Sailor Wind's weapon of choice is called the Wind Echo Staff. =) It is long and white, with a circle on top. In the circle is a star, and within the circle is a light blue crystal which floats and turns in the air.
