Intuition
Relax as much as you possibly can (without falling asleep!) and concentrate on your breath.
This can be tough for many of us, but like anything worth having, practice has its rewards.
Once you get to that deep, sacred spot within yourself, ask a question. A good question to start with is, "What do I most need to remember or be aware of right now?"
After working with this for a while, you can be more specific. Be aware in this quiet space of any sensations, thoughts, emotions, or images you may experience.
Don't read into them just yet. Just remember them and stay in the moment.
After you've been here for a while, and feel ready, become more aware of your body. Think over any of the sensations or ideas you've received. Try to piece them into a message.
If nothing happened, that's okay. Try again later. This is only the beginning of tapping into your inner voice. If you work with it on a regular basis, eventually this voice will be there in everyday situations, guiding you in the direction that is best for you.
