Crystal Layouts
Crystal healing sessions are excellent for integrating healing energy. This can be done with a Reiki session.
Pilates Classes
In April 2004, I received certification to teach Pilates. This is great energizing workout that targets core muscles. It helps to teach better posture, correct body habits, and total body awareness. It is similar to yoga in that it is extremely relaxing and toning. After a session, you feel strong, focused, and calm.
Guest Speaker
I also am available for guest speaking on different topics such as Reiki, Crystals, and the Body's Energy System. If you are interested in having me speak to your group, please contact me. I do not charge.
Donations are appreciated.
I am also a minister ordained under Universal Life Church (open to any form of spirituality) and am registered with the State of Ohio. Contact me in regards to weddings and commitment ceremonies.
