Herbal Face Packs
After a herbal facial it is an excellent idea to use a herbal face pack to treat the skin.
For normal skin... use fennel or peppermint
For dry skin... use borage, comfrey, marigold or marshmallow
For oily skin... use chamomile, nettle, parsley, peppermint, sage or yarrow
Put two tablespoons of fresh, chopped herbs or strong infusion into a bowl with two tablespoons of natural yoghurt. Combine these with enough oatmeal to make a thick paste and apply to the face in inward circular movements. Be careful to avoid the eyes. Leave the mixture to dry for about 10-15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with cool water. Leave your face to dry naturally.
