Herbal Moisturisers

Use any, or a combination, of the herbs listed below in a moisuriser for normal to dry skin...

Chamomile, comfrey, fennel, marigold, salad burnet or soapwort.

In a heat resistant bowl, combine one tablespoon each of almond oil, honey, lanolin and white wax. Place the bowl over a pan of boiling water and melt the mixture stirring continuously. Remove fromthe heat and add two tablespoons of a strong infusion of your chosen herb(s). Leave the mixture to cool slightly then whisk. Store your moisturiser in a marked screw top container.
