body,but of mind and spirit as well.
While our body changes are directly
related to the
decline of hormone
levels,our mind and spirit changes
are
related to experience,wisdom and
maturity.

to help the seeker or cowan.

To ease the circulatory and nervous systems
Basil
Chamomile
Lavender
Mandarin
Marjoram
Neroli
Petitgrain
Rose
Sandalwood
Ylang-Ylang
To ease night sweats and prevent them
Cypress
Lemmongrass
Petitgrain
Grapefruit
Lime
Peaceful Sleep Bath:
4 drops Lavender
3 drops Marjoram
3 drops Lime
carrier of choice
To your carrier,add the esential oils
and mix completely.
After the bath is
filled,add the aromatic mixture and stir
the water with your hands.
Soak for 20 to
30 minutes.
This bath is great before
retiring as it is relaxing.
Peaceful Sleep Inhalation Blend:
3 parts Lavender
2 parts Marjoram
2 parts Lime
1 part Mandarin
To make a large amount,enough to use in
a diffuser:
Measure each part with an eye
or teaspoon.
Peaceful Sleep Body Oil:
4 tbls Vegatable oil
1 tsp Borage or Evening Primrose
10 drops Lavender oil
6 drops Grapefruit oil
5 drops Marjoram oil
4 drops Cypress oil
In an amber bottle,add the oils.
Shake
well,Label.
Apply nighly on chest and
neck areas.
This is a bod oil and can be
used freely.
This herbal tea contains many
traditional herbs helpful
in relieving
the common symptoms of menopause.
Some
are relaxing,diuretic,and tonifying.
They
may ease hot fashes and night sweats if
taken regularly.
Menopause Support Tea:
2 parts chamomile flowers
1 part ginsing root
1 part dandelion root and leaf
1 part licorice root(ground)
1 part valerian
1 part garden sage
honey to taste
Mix the herbs in a jar with a tight
fitting lid.
To make one cup of tea,
place
1 teaspoon of herb
in 1 1/2 cups of
boiling water and simmer gently for 10
minutes.
Strain.Drink one cup per day.
If
bloating is a problem,
add fresh lemon as
a mild diuretic.
