What Can Be Done With This SKill? - You are able to steal from CPU Characters, Market Stalls, and pick locks. All very useful. You have to be on higher lvls to get better stuff. The things available to steal are some what valuable.

How to Start - Well.. Picking pockets is fairly easy. REALLY easy actually. Just right click on the computerized character you would like to pickpocket and go down to "Pickpocket". They give your fair amounts of coins. Higher you go, the more you get. After pickpocketing "Man" untill you reach lvl 5, you should start stealing from stalls. Look at the Lvls chart below.
