Does this sound hard to believe? Well believe it. Not only does this city have cameras to catch people who speed. There are also cameras to catch people who run red lights. And last but not least cameras to monitor the roads for the people who wreck. One would think with all of the free man power due to the use of such cameras, something like a clear cut hit and run with a detailed description would be a "no brainer" for the local authorities. Well think again.
