It happens every year. Spring comes around and the birds start to sing a little louder. The days start to get a little longer. Everyone seems to be a little nicer because the warmth of the weather has that kind of effect on people. That is everyone except for those who control the gas prices. Those people see the upcoming vacation season as a time to price gouge and steal the hard earned money from the citizens who want to enjoy their 6 or 7 days of freedom from the work place. And since vacation often centers on being away from home and work, you know the rest of the story. My only question is why does the world of gas differ from the world of all other necessities? People who price gouge in times of disaster are deemed as bad guys and when the gas companies do it, they're just considered to be conducting business as usual.
