BOOKS~!!! Here I do believe the saying is
so VERY appropriate~~"So Many Books~so little time~!" I love reading a good Medieval Fantasy book~~but depending on the story line, I can be caught reading most any type. I have several friends with whom I exchange
books with and we've even mailed books back and forth among Internet Friends~!
I usually keep an ongoing book around the house, to pick up and read a
bit whenever I find a few spare minutes. Here you will find some of my all
time favorites, which I've read over the years and have since, started
to re-read them~! I hope you find something of interest here, that you

NEEDLECRAFTS~!!!
I can't remember a time when I wasn't intrigued by the beauty of stitchery of all kinds. My favorite is Counted Cross Stitch altho I am familiar with most others and also taught it in groups at one point. Those of you who enjoy it too~ drop me a line~! Lets' talk stitches~! WRITING~!!!
Before the Internet, I was jokingly called, "Motor~Mouth" by my friends~! I guess now the term, "Motor~Fingers" applies more nowdays~! I had many Pen Pals prior to being online and Thankfully most of them have also converted over to the internet~! They all enjoyed the letters I sent out and it felt good knowing that my words could do so much for another person, as well as for myself~! Words have so much power~! You can make or break a day~~you can build or tear down~~ therefore not only are words something we should all strive to use wisely but to use lovingly, so that our words reach out and make someones' day. There are times, when "Words are all I have"... and on those days, I like to write them down. Here are some poems I've written~~ plus some links to other good writings~! hope you enjoy them~!

SCULPTING~!!!
The first time I absent mindedly created an image of my WinterBlue w/ some clay, I was astounded at how one can put a bit of your heart into something that ONLY you can create out of your imagination, short of giving life to a child~! That is the only way I can explain the feeling this gave me. From there, I went on to teach myself more about this craft and have since found some interesting things that you too might find helpful. Talk about Theraputic too~~ so grab ya some clay and start letting your inner self out~!

What's better than fresh Vegies from your own garden or witnessing Gods' creative works first hand? WinterBlue and I love our time outdoors together~ planning, tilling the soil, and lovingly caring for these little wonders~! Along with the fruits of our labor comes the wonderful stock piles of frozen and canned goodies, that carry us thru the long New England Winters~! Here are some tips, pics and other related info~ and if you're into gardening too~~ please share some of your ideas with us~!

Ever since I was a kid, ppl said I was "artistically inclined", well I don't know if I'd call myself that but I do love to draw and I'm happy with the results.
