Manny Rodriguez, is an animator and also is the person who taught Anita the beginnings of her trade in animation. He also
was her trainer for hunting and executing vampires, until his wife begged Anita to stop taking him on hunts with her. Rosa
his wife, stated that he was getting too old to chase vampires and Anita agreed. Manny was in the beginning of his career
and before he ever met Anita, vaudun...that is until he met his wife Rosa and converted to Catholicism. We met him in
'Guilty
Pleasures' and watched as his relationship with Anita became strained in 'The Laughing Corpse' over something that he
had done for his vaudun priestess and lover in the past...Anita eventually learned how to deal with this revelation and I
hope that eventually this relationship will continue as strong as it ever was.
