Count to 10
They ring the same message at first glance, be it cute and innocent Tracy, or the chocolate skinned Lauren, or the leader Natalie. Look closer and there is a pattern: a culture for each one, but within each culture there is a sameness, a sameness that is an evil that permeates throughout the country, a madness that sickens the country but a sickness that is unknown. All that is known is their life; there is comfort in the simplicity of only knowing what they see, only doing what they are told. Pure knowledge can blind and frighten, this was known since Plato. So as in Plato, the people would rather be chained to the safety of the shadow puppets on the wall. There are only 10 channels, and those who don't have a large outreach often find the local baseball or football game covering up the message to further their ratings. Count to 10 and out goes freedom. Count to 10 and you find freedom in the loving and smothering arms of a single mother for the entire country.
There is the leader, the multicolored rat with fur like a peacock, eyes big enough to look out over the entire world, and a face that is familiar to everyone's childhood. Their motto is simple- "The voice of freedom"- and Channel 1 is the most watched network in the U.S. Natalie stands on the stage of her variety show and rattles off the joke of the day, with the undertones of killing homosexuals, relegating blacks to industry, and the takeover of South America. They produce the music, they serve the food that takes over the minds of the American people. Their gazes are just a little more empty, their satisfaction just a little greater, while watching Channel 1. Everyone is inclined to watch a little of Channel 1. The stars are the A list and actors and actresses strive to make it up from the lower channels to even have a guest role on Channel 1. It is not unusual for lower channel celebs to show up on Channel 1- in fact it's desired, because it hooks in the other races and the younger set. Already the 2nd generation of Channel 1 has arrived from Channel 2, with Tracy now sharing screen time with Natalie.
The teenagers and their younger siblings gather around the smiling serpent of knowledge wrapped around in the figure of the number 2, the loop of the 2 holding the apple from the tree of knowledge. This is the youth channel, the most diverse of the channel: cartoons by morning, preschool interactive programming around noon, 'tween' based moral comedies by mid-afternoon, cartoons to reach out to all by early evening, high school drama by primetime, and music videos late at night. The Olsen principle dictates that the best way to reach out to all (including the parents) is to have youth actors grow from birth to teenage on screen at all times, covering the segments as they grow naturally, earning their keep when they turn 18. Of course, since the core of Britney wasn't discovered until 2009, the old-fashioned way of commissioning actors and actresses of appropriate age (or even somewhat older) was used. However, currently the most popular actor and actress pair is the 11 year old puppy love duo of Adam and Eve, the son of Lisa and Paul and daughter of Natalie and Richard, the two great Channel 1 celebrity couples who had children a year after they arrived on the screen. The pregnancies were public and the births were shown live. They were raised on television, and only know their lives onscreen. The other kids are general actors, and cartoons are heavily used. The Bible is quoted more here than it is anywhere else to avoid any deviance by the kids as they grow.
The old Roman numeral III is used for Channel 3, the aged channel. This channel is the most popular for those whose children have left for families of their own. The actors here may have some familiar names: Jen and Ben, Sharon, Bruce, Tom and Nicole. This is where the common actors of the day were put after being exposed to Britney's core in 2008. They are there to further the message of faith to God even when their blessed children left for the world. Often this is done by trotting the country, so most of Channel 3's programming is shot on location across the country. Travel keeps the wheels of commerce turning. Channel 3 also is the only channel that broadcasts from the New York area, with a large studio town in Jersey City right by the Statue of Liberty.
The dark arm of industry holds the hammer high for freedom by hard work. "Hard work makes you free" is the motto of Channel 4, a proud station for black America. It shows the reward of labor through God and furthers the message of separation and the creation of what the white man uses. "A black man makes, the world takes" is another battle cry from Patrick and Lauren, the lead couple of Channel 4. The woman's job is to look beautiful and be the reward for the hard labor of the husbands in the factories, while the men produce all that is known for the substance of America. To the black man, they are what keeps the white alive, and whites are inferior to blacks because blacks know how to make what a white man can't even drive a single bolt on.
The smiling, hat-wearing figure that makes out the number 5 looks on over the Hispanic population. "Learn to be free" is the motto of the Hispanic channel, turning hard-working Hispanics into the working professionals, tradesmen, craftsmen, and plumbers. Channel 5 throws the Latino into a world of English and whiteness. With Mario and Maria, the main goal of Channel 5 is to blend into the white culture as their handypeople. But the only way to effectively do this is to make themselves presentable to the white by erasing any trace of accent, culture or language in front of the white people.
A carp with his tail pointing upward is the symbol for Channel 6, the Asian channel. In the old days, Asians were seen as the technology for the people. Now it is more a symbol of inferiority to have the Asians hide themselves behind their computers. Mae and Jae show the Asian how to go into their cubicles and make their world a reclusive and subservient area for the programming of the lesser parts of the system. Often the programming is preempted for sporting events for the whites as Asians are lynched or are too busy hiding from themselves behind the computer. Channel 6 is the least viewed but has the most active website. The incurable shame is seen here, but with a positive spin of a technical infrastructure to prevent breakout.
The Star of David made out of four transposed 7s is the symbol for Channel 7. Channel 7 was meant to convert non-Christians to Christianity. This worked for a while, removing Muslims and Buddhists from the world and adding a new tier of Christians. However, it worked less for the Jews, and so MOSES was simulcast from Israel and for 5 years Jews flocked out of America and into Israel. When MOSES was destroyed, most of his actors were flown here to create a Jewish channel that broadcasts locally from New Jersey, where most Jews live. The idea here is to have them look and act Christian and integrate into Channel 1 society even if they still must deny the existence of Jesus. Slowly, Channel 7 is becoming outdated. The new Channel 7 for 24-hour sports, with the hopes of hooking in New York, is scheduled to launch in 2021. As of now 75% of Channel 7's programming is already sports.
A motorcycle doing a wheelie and forming the number 8 is the symbol for the Alternative youth channel. Originally created to convert gays to a straight lifestyle, then to try to dispose of them via suicide, the channel took on a much different meaning in 2015 and is now used to keep rebellious teenagers from straying too far from God. Shawna, wearing her trademark large black cross, leads with her biker husband Scott. Together they show the hard-rocking style of rebellion and the dark side of life, but at the same time they show the world her devotion to God and Jesus so that they cannot stray too far from the path. The channel has been most useful in quelling natural periods of rebellion after death, hardship, or sickness. This was unknown but now is seen in as important a light as Channel 1. While teenagers, who are filled with natural angst from puberty are the main focus, people who are natural rebels (the bank president by day, Harley rider by night), and those in emotional distress also find comfort in venting some anger at God, through God. This has come in handy, especially for the few days per month where women are less controllable than desired.
An academic hat adorns the number 9 for Channel 9. This is the collegiate channel, meant to guide those between 18 and 21 to Channel 1 and a happily married life in the field of the man's choice. As one can imagine, college sports can be found here on weekends. During the day it offers educational programming and life lesson stories on how to be a perfect, independent, free family. This mixture shows the people the wonder and glory that lies for them ahead after the next four years. Tailored locally, Channel 9 also showcases personal ads for those who have still not found a mate. Another use for Channel 9 is to guide teens with higher intelligence than Channel 2 or 8 kids toward the Lord and to quell any rebellion gained through greater knowledge. To this purpose, game shows and one-sided debates are also shown, giving the young viewer a feeling of knowing more than their peers even if the information is exactly the same that their peers are receiving.
Last, there is the stick figure of the vagabond and his parcel that form the symbol of Channel 10. This channel is for the white working poor, namely those in agriculture, low-paying office jobs, and transportation. Krista and Chuck go through the motions of the day, working hard on the combine or answering phones to make it through the day. Through it all, it is work that raises one up to the Lord and away from the temptation of crime, theft, and other acts of desperation. In time the worker will be rewarded with wealth, albeit after a longer time than those who started off ahead. This soothes the white poor and keeps them on their task. It also uses the principle that the youth should be better off than the parents, so a premium is placed on education of the youth. Over time, these jobs can be taken from the white poor and given to the blacks or Hispanics with no difficulty or change in American infrastructure. It is this hope that keeps these people working to make a better life for themselves and America.
All 10 channels convey the same message, albeit in different ways, be it through the self-degradation of blacks and Asians, or the repeating messages for people to pull themselves up toward God. All 10 channels are essentially the same, and that is the secret. For every different color actor or actress, there is one principal and sole director. And they just call her Britney.
