Goodluck Bear is definitely one the happiest of the Care Bears and all of his friends will tell you so.
He believes that deep down everyone has good luck, they just don't always know where to find it. Sometimes he can be a bit too trusting of his good luck and when it is wearing thin he can get himself and his friends into some tough situations!
