{AOD} Running even stronger now than
ever!
Because of what happened last week, {AOD}
had their first formal clan meeting.
Unfortunately, not everyone was able to attend,
that should teach me right for organising it on
a Friday night =/. Anyway, the main important
issues were addressed and got good results from
them, with input from everyone who was
attending.
One of the issues addressed was the clan
server and whether it was going to happen.
Everyone agreed that they would put $50 towards
the server if a sponsor was found to pay the
rest and for the monthly payments. Well, the
server looks to be going ahead. The only problem
now is sponsors, and how and where we are going
to get them =/. If you would like to be a
sponsor of {AOD}, please fill out the
sponsorship form which can be located here. We
will contact you back ASAP. How much we need
depends on how much you are willing to pay.
With more money, we can make upgrades on the
server. So far it will be hosted on a 100mb
per/sec connection, at the Melbourne CBD iPrimus
Data Centre.
The more money we get, the better the
connection we can be provided with. So if you
want a demanding service from our servers, the
amount that you pay per month will have to be
more to cover the costs of additional servers.
The fastest connection that we can get is 552mb
per/sec. So if you are interested, please fill
out the sponsorship form which can be found
here.
Other news:
Clan is back to basics with the clan meeting,
getting a fair bit sorted out, with good input
from all the members attending. All information
is kept confidential to the clan and the clan
only, so please don't ask for the results.

Rules for the server: Only friends of {AOD} can
have the server reserved for Prac and Wars. No
one else will be allowed to reserve it. It is
going to be a public 24/7 server with 1x 14
player game. Depending on the bandwidth usage,
and that cost of things, the amount of players
may increase.

has already helped out several people :) so keep

Congratulations to all the current members
who are currently with us, as we hit turbulent
times. I know that most will stick around, but
it also has to be said that others will not.
That is unfortunate. Anyway, it opens up slots
for even better players to make their way into
the clan.
Ok enough of that :D Ok, for the last time
is AOD by far pissed off. This morning, 6
members, plus 2 reserves were ready for the war
against |YaKuZa|, but it seems like M E A T Y
failed to read the email I told him 2 read. Good
on ya mate, good move! How the hell can u forget
that there is a war happening, especially when I
told him the day before to be ready by 10am! FFS
what a damn LaMeR
Ahh well, its now officially his problem
not mine, screw em!
Second case of bad news: Snoopz has left {AOD}
to join some kind of "LEET" clan. Have fun,
hahaha :D. What a week this has been >=(
Good news, and I cant believe there is any
=?
The NCABLE tournament is coming up, and {AOD} is
in it :D Yay, finally a chance to show that we
are not a SHIT clan as OWNAGE the laming hax0r
puts it. Turn your aimbots off u moron before
you accuse anyone else of hacking.
As you can see this has been one hell of a
whacked week, so if you are offended in anyway,
BLOW ME :D because I ain't going to change
anything here :)

{AOD} Running even stronger now than
ever!
Well, once again, this clan has some more
members. Please welcome NightGod and Snafu as
the newest players to the ranks of {AOD}. Well,
we are in a very good position. We are still
recruiting, but this will not happen forever.
Unfortunately, nothing happens forever, and this
is no exception. So IMPRESS US. If you
impress us enough, consistently over a period of
time (hell 2 weeks is by far enough) then we may
ask you to trial for us. So hurry, because as
soon as we get our 15th Counter-Strike member,
we will stop recruiting in that section, except
under certain circumstances. This will not
affect the Diablo 2 recruitment, but it will
also stop as 15 members. At this current moment,
we have 10 CS playing members, and 3 are
currently being trialled.
One last thing! For now on, as we have a
fairly nice sized group of players, we will have
to be more select about who is to be chosen to
war for {AOD}. This means that if you are not
chosen for a war, you will have a good chance in
participating in the next one (one of the
reasons that we will not accept anymore than 15
CS and D2 players). This is a very hard decision
to make, especially when we are playing 4v4, 5v5
and 6v6 wars. So once again, sorry if you are
not picked, but impress us, and you have a good
chance next time around.

Updates to the rule book:
When {AOD} reaches 30 dedicated members
(15 dedicated CS and 15 dedicated D2 - nothing
in between) we are going to be finishing off the silly season. After that period
it is a non-recruiting status for both
Counter-Strike and Diablo 2. We will NOT recruit
unless under certain circumstances that all
leaders agree to (THIS AFFECTS EVERYONE SO NO
MORE RECRUITING OR REFERRING!!)
Warring status - Open for wars at ALL TIMES.
{AOD} will not war any clans with players on the
hackers list. There are several exceptions
though to our open all the time status. We
choose who we war, when and where. Due to exams,
we will be unavailable to war for a period of 3
weeks :( sorry (this is from start of November
till end of November)

{AOD} Running even stronger now than
ever!
Well, it seems that there is not an end to
this recruiting. Another 2 members have been
recruited (RocK* and Snoopy) and a little spring
cleaning has been going on, with Ownage leaving
to join "hardware" hahaha. Owen has been
promoted twice, and now is at rank Sarge, and
Bl@CK DOG has been promoted to Strats Captain.
Well, it seems that we are in a good
position. More and more experienced players are
joining us, and staying with us, and giving
{AOD} a good name. With some more recruitment,
we will be a strong clan.

We now have 9
strong members, who are
getting better every
day. Unfortunately, we
have also had the odd
occasion where a member
has left, the most
recent being Ownage.
Doesn't matter, we can
get on without him.
Well, on a lighter
note, {AOD} would like
to welcome Bl@CK_DOG,
J00by W00by and Destero
as it's newest members.
J00by and Bl@ck
successfuly passed the
trialling stage in one
night, and they were
accepted straight away.
In the case of Destero,
he will be trialled when
year 11 exams are out of
the way. In case your
wondering whether this
is a n00b clan, think
again. Once again,
congratulations, and
good luck to your future

and Destero
There must be
something in the water
in Queensland. Our very
own Killer Monkey, is
not only a killer, but a
hell of a recruiter! He
referred Bl@CK_DOG and
Ownage, and they are
good players. Keep it up

No#1 in NCABLE you hear!
